From the time of walking through the door to the time of walking out the door, my experience was EXCELLENT. All of the staff was very courteous, professional & very efficient. PA Avaliani and Dr Juneau solved 2 issues other docs couldn't, with immediate results and inexpensive treatments. She’s very thorough (she found a small squamous skin cancer area in its very early stage, and successfully treated it), always asks questions and really listens. Dr Barnett is the most talented injector I have ever been to! A plastic surgeon in Atlanta injected my under eye area- giving me Tyndall effect and lumps twice, and told me i had ‘difficult anatomy’ and that it was my fault. After having Dr Barnett erase it w hyalurinidase, she injected the area flawlessly. I can’t even believe how incredible a job she did- I thought it was impossible! Meanwhile, during the procedure, her staff held and calmed my screaming baby and were so kind to him. I went in for a follow up to a recent surgery.. typically a no charge visit. After the doctor checked the surgery site, which was fine..I didn't even NEED the visit, but required by the doctor. To my surprise, when I checked out they charged me a $45 office visit charge. I questioned it. I was told that since we discussed other things it became an office visit. Interesting note.. the DOCTOR asked if I had any questions about anything... I DID NOT initiate the question.. BUYER BEWARE... THIS IS TOTALLY UNETHICAL... and greedy!!! I WOULD SUGGEST YOU LOOK TO OTHER PRACTICES!!!!!
