I’m happy with the apartment itself, but management leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve lived here two years and have seen at least 3 turnovers of management. Here are some issues I’ve run into: trash and recycling are always full, maintenance staff is a little abrasive and not easy to interact with, it takes a while to really get an answer from the office, and I’m frequently having to do inconvenient odds and ends that don’t seem worth the extra time (retrieve a new parking pass without explanation of why the other one isn’t good enough anymore, sign up for a new package service when

The location attracted us to the Gantry in order to set up an appointment. We love Northside and wanted to stay close. When we got there me and my boyfriend couldn’t find the leasing office at first and one of the tenants were so extremely nice helped us find it and showed us a different way to get there as well. After walking into the beautifully decorated office the leasing agent was so nice and had such a reassuring energy that it helped to calm some nerves. The staff could follow up personally with a phone call or something to ensure that the move in process went well. Also I didn’t get an explanation about the trash compactor and also they could go over the lease agreement to make sure it’s clearly understood. I forgot to ask about the due date for rent, does the typical 5 day grace period apply and no one discussed that with me.
