After looking at many apartments in Pensacola these by far were the best.Beautiful inside and outside with all the trees and landscape and the staff was so nice and helpful especially the manager Shelley. She went way far and beyond to help me get moved in quickly and assist me with everything from beginning to end and even after i moved in to check and make sure everything was Ok.What a pleasurable experience!

Without question this is "THE" premier apartment community in greater Pensacola Florida. We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath for my mother following my father's passing 10 year ago and after looking around at all the properties within 5 miles. Since that time the property and it's management team has NOT disappointed. This is a resort community with many amenities. While my mother only takes advantage of one pool there are more than one, there are weight rooms, business centers party facility ... the list goes on. During covid-19 they provided A+++ procedures and accommodations for safety within the state

This company discriminates against Women of Color. There was a letter sent to me about complaints that were not relevant to me and I was never informed or giving warning about any of these issues, that are NOT TRUE. I feel they are trying to force me out because of my ethnicity and it is extremely disheartening.

I have lived at Governors Gate for almost four years and have absolutely loved it! The staff is beyond incredible and go above and beyond to ensure their tenants are taken care of! The amenities are well-kept and I love having two gyms as well as two pools and a huge dog park. Definitely a safe community- being gated was a huge bonus for me since lived alone. Super sad to leave my home here and will definitely miss the staff!!! Highly recommend Governors Gate to anyone especially people new to the area!
