Beautiful community, very welcoming customer service, aesthetically pleasing layouts, the list goes on really. I only toured 525 Historic Kempsville but just after one tour I’m ready to make this place my home !! Everything is so modern & very affordable. Anne was so amazing, I hope to be a resident really soon.

Update 2021: The water leaking issue in my window seems to have been resolved (in February) and the leasing office has been really helpful and communicative over the last few months about this.
Previous Review:
I’ve been living here for just under two months and I don’t know how I’m going to make it through my 1 year lease.
TLDR: This is a nice, aesthetic looking apartment but overpriced for what you get from it (especially because of the internet quality). Look elsewhere for a true luxury apartment. Read below for my horrible experience with the maintenance.

I absolutely love living here! This has been the best apartment experience I have ever had, by far. This complex was the first one I looked at when apartment hunting in Virginia Beach. I looked at ~10 other upscale apartment complexes after my visit, but none stuck out as much as 525! The apartments are beautiful, and my 2 bedroom is the perfect size for me. The community amenities are awesome...I used the pool all summer and use the gym every week! The staff in the office are truly wonderful. Brian always keeps my packages safe in the office, and always welcomes me with a smile. It’s a great

525 is definitely a one of a kind property to live at. The amenities are always maintained, the pool and deck are state of the art with bonfires, grills, outdoor TVs and plenty of seating available 24/7 year round. The complex is super pet friendly with many walking paths that are well lit at night, doggy relief stations, and a new dog park. The front office staff are super friendly and welcoming. Gabbi will do anything she can to make sure you feel right at home, she is a huge beneficial asset for the 525 team. The residents here are very respectful and friendly, it truly is a quiet simple extravagant

525 Historic Kempsville offers a safe, attractive, well managed living experience. The safety features that impress me the most are good lighting and outdoor walkways. The amenities are also excellent and they include a clubhouse with exercise rooms and a pool which are both included in the rent. The staff is extremely attentive to the needs of the residents and plan many fun activities. Check out 525 and I think you will like it as much as I do! Oh, and did I mention that the neighbors are extremely nice as well.

I’ve lived here a little less than a year and absolutely adore it. My apartment is spacious, well priced, and normal maintenance issues have always be promptly solved. The staff is extremely affable and helpful at all times, and works well with military members. I often use the 24 hr gym as well - which includes a weight room, indoor cycling and yoga space. Great neighborhood and extremely safe for jogging or walking the dog. If I’m ever stationed here again, 525 Historic Kempsville will be my first choice.

Great place to live. Staff is always willing to listen and help with any issues. Maintenance requests are also expeditious and you always get a response indicating when said maintenance issues are resolved. My only gripe would be sometimes parking can be a bit hard to come by, but it's a small complaint compares to the various perks of living in such a nice apartment and the various amenities offered. Also, the staff regularly hosts fun events to help residents get to know their neighbors. Long story short, you will not regret living here!

My husband and I just renewed our lease for our second year at this beautiful community! We have a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with gorgeous vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a nice, quiet corner location. The staff are the kindest and most helpful team; they go out of their way to help with package deliveries, and anything else you need! If they can do it, they will - and with a smile! The clubhouse and pool area are awesome, and they make great use of them, often hosting gatherings so you can meet your neighbors. It is truly a great place to call Home!

I just have to say WOW! Moved in last week. I feel like I have bought a high end condo, not rented an apartment. I have the Logan, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Beautiful wood floors, caramel granite in the Gigantic kitchen. I lived in the newest and "greatest" apartments in Town Center, these are much nicer and much higher end. The gym and entertainment areas are first rate! The staff, I can't say enough nice things about, they are incredibly helpful! My biggest concern was the internet, they do their own, I have had the highest tiers of Cox and Verizon, this is faster! Now stop reading this and go rent
