Little Rock Dermatology specializes in treating diseases of the skin, hair and nails. In addition to treating general dermatologic conditions, we offer cosmetic services and surgical management of skin cancers. Originally housed in the Walden Building in 1956 and known simply as the Dermatology Clinic, Little Rock Dermatology was founded by Dr. Calvin Dillaha and Dr. Thomas Jansen.
These two pioneers of dermatology discussed starting a clinic while at the 1955 American Academy of Dermatology meeting in Chicago. They were also responsible for establishing the dermatology clinic and resident training program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Although not the first dermatologic practice in Arkansas, Little Rock Dermatology is now the longest established dermatology clinic.

I see Dr. Wayne here. He is a great doctor. The issue is the clinic. They don’t care about the patients. I’ve had one question to Dr. Wayne, but I had absolutely no access to him. I talked to his assistant, Sarah for four times and still could not explain my issue. Because of her miscommunication, Dr. Wayne prescribed me 30 days of antibiotics for no visible reason. I could not clarify why I should take antibiotics by calling the clinic for two weeks. Then, I wanted to have telemedicine appt. to discuss the situation with Dr. Wayne. In my first call, I was told to verify with my insurance wether

People should avoid this place like plague! Went to my appointment scheduled at 1:45 at 1:48 due to limited parking because their parking lot is under construction. Found out they cancelled my appointment because I didn’t come 30 minutes early. The text message said come 30 minutes early for new patients this was a follow-up so that didn’t apply to me. Office manager said that was a generic text message. When I asked if it’s a generic text message why would you cancel my appointment. She said Dr Wayne schedules 2 appointments at a time and my double booked appointment was cancelled by Dr

I will give 3 stars ONLY because the staff is wonderful! The front desk and check out staff, love their professionalism and sense of humor. They helped me more than Dr. Manning.
As for Dr. Manning, he did not try to build rapport with me. He looked my face and said there's nothing he could do and he would prescribe antibiotics and a cream for inflammation. I was in the room for maybe 2 minutes. My question is, how can you say you can't help me and you didn't exam or exhaust all options possible?
Looking at the reviews with Dr. Manning, maybe I should have done my research first before I confirmed

Dr. Brian Wayne is my favorite person on the planet. He is literally a skin magician plus SO very kind, knowledgeable and takes his time explaining things thoroughly. He’s always on time and makes you feel comfortable about asking anything. I cannot say enough great things about him! Wonderful person and doctor!

My grandmother, my my mother, my son and I have been treated successfully for both common and rare skin conditions by Dr. Dwyer at Little Rock Dermatology. Dr. Dwyer is a class act. He has been wonderful. As of Tuesday, March 8, 2018, he proved just as knowledge and helpful as always. His Physician's Assistant will gladly follow up with treated problems needing further attention when he is booked or out of the office. Once care is established at this clinic, you will possess medical records produced and written by an expert. This can be priceless as the years pass. Book early as possible. At the

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I see Dr. Manning normally. I love him. He is very smart and fast. I am always in and out before my appointment time and he addresses all my concerns without taking forever. He is short, sweet, and to the point. I recently saw his PA while he was out and I was very impressed. She was knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with her.
