So glad they come to Russellville! We went to another Derm before and things got worse but here they have done wonders and it’s been an amazing experience

Underwhelmed, unimpressed, and I felt deceived. I had to wait to see the doctor and, when she came in, she was there for maybe 5 minutes. She recommended a quick procedure, but then the facility charged the 5 minute visit and topical procedure as a surgical cost. No one told me that this would be charged as surgery to my insurance and I wasn't offered any explanation. When I called to dispute the nature of this charge, even the billing person at Pinnacle agreed it wasn't a "surgical" procedure. Yet, they refused to change the bill. I would not recommend this office to anyone and I wouldn't let

Dr. Mabry had zero personality and was dismissive of my concerns.
Seemed to want to access cosmetic procedures that are out of pocket expenses.
Waste of $70 copay and time.
Left there a little more broke and lost time I can’t get back.
Search is on for a new dermatologist.
The assistant was nice.

A professional and easy process. Dr. Wirges, the nurse and PA were all helpful and kind, and made me feel very taken care of from beginning to end.

This was my first appt to Pinnacle Dermatology and to see Dr. Mohr. I was instructed to arrive 15 mins before my appt which I did. My appt time was 9:00 am. The front office was very busy but my paperwork was completed at 9:05 am. After another 5-10 mins I was called bk by the medical assistant Alisha who was very nice. She asked me about my reason to see the dr and what products I was using on my face. She then asked to take a picture of my face and said the dr would be with me. You are seated right in front of a tv that continuously shows you what services they offer. Some information about skin

The front desk staff was great as was the nurse. Dr. Mohr, however was a different story. I went for an initial visit because I was new to town. First of all I can’t say she did a thorough scan. After she was finished I brought to her attention a spot on my leg that she had missed. She removed it. I didn’t put on any kind of moisturizer because I wasn’t sure it would interfere with any, if needed, biopsies. She scolded me and said your skin is too dry. We should always use moisturizer! She kept saying that she was hungry! I said do you want me to get you something to eat. She scowled at me

I agree with what others have said about the Dr being very dismissive. Really, none of the staff was very welcoming. Seems like every patient is merely a number to them. I wrote out some other skin issues I have beyond what my pcm referred me for and it seems the Dr didn't even read my report they had me sit and type out on their iPad. They are very clearly more interested in their cosmetic procedure/product upsells than they are actually tending to their patients.

Just a word of caution. I used to be a patient of Dr. Terri Martin until she retired and she was great ! When she retired last year I was referred to Dr. Mabry by some friends. Initially she was pleasant, but spent only a minute or so looking at my skin. I have a fair complexion, and Dr. Martin had burned off a few spots every year but nothing major. Dr. Mabry looked me over, told me I had too many to burn off, and we would be using a broad spectrum cream ALL over my face for three weeks. I asked if this would irritate my skin, all she said was "not really, come back and see me in 6 months" and
