Balance Billing Scheme
Had a simple annual visit with Dr. Enns in August 2020.
Recently learned my insurance company didn’t pay entire amount due, and balance was turned over to a collection agency. Called billing section and they were sending invoices to address in Texas.
I investigated collection agency…. It is owned by this group of Physicians.

Dr Enns was very rude & dismissive. Told me my son had nothing wrong with him. After a few months more months, our pediatrician noticed his skin & referred him to children’s where he was diagnosed with vitiligo. This is a progressive disease which could have been caught much earlier had Dr Enns took the time to even fully examine him & listen to our concerns. A laugh that she is touted as a “pediatric dermatologist”. Don’t waste your time, take your child to Children’s they are wonderful!

I have been having horrible acne. When I found dr.enns online I truly thought she could help me. I was weary of going to see a male dermatologist because I didnt want them to just assume my acne is hormonal. My first appointment I was excited and ready to get some answers. Dr. Enns's nurse didn't seem very friendly, but I preferred her straight forwardness at first. My appointment felt very rushed, and I wanted to ask questions about my ance and try to learn more about it. Doctor took one look at me and decided I needed to be on accutane. I saw Dr. Graham. The nursing staff was very nice and I loved them a lot. When Dr. Graham came in though, he rushed through my appointment in about 10 minutes. That very quick considering I had three different issues I wanted to get looked at. He looked at my skin, and then wrote me a prescription without even telling me what it was for. Usually you discuss what you are prescribing a patient, but I guess he doesn’t do that. I also had concerns about some acne that showed up recently. He said “well I can write you a topical prescription if it’s really bothering you.” And that was it. At

So this is my first time going to a dermatologist and I was very impressed. Rebecca was awesome!!!!!! She listened and did a very thorough exam and addressed all my concerns. I've taken my daughter to see Dr. Lindsay Enns for about a year to monitor her hemangiomas. She is always friendly and so is her staff. I have twins and am a single mom so I have to bring them both to the appointment. The staff is always polite and we feel very welcome. When one of my daughter's needed a surgical referral, she took care of it without me having to do anything and the next day I received a call from the other doctor. Very quick service and it's always clean there as well.
