Went to Dr. Franks to get some acne and other dermo problems looked at. Everyone was phenomenal except for Dr. Franks, himself. He spent roughly 10 minutes with me (if that), and that time was mainly him looking at my face without really speaking to me while calling out different diagnoses out to his nurse. No history was discussed, no recommendations were made other than to take a combination pill and cream treatment for my acne that he prescribed, which ended up making my skin incredibly dry and itchy and caused my eczema (that he was aware of, after noting it on my ears) to start showing up
