The staff at Steeplechase have been nothing short of fantastic. So quick to assist us with any maintenance needs or general questions and concerns. Other tenants were also very friendly as well as their animals. The gym was great to use whenever needed, sadly we were there over the winter so we didn’t get to use the pool but it looks like it would be great also. Highly recommend!

Steeplechase could improve by having better built buildings. We have had a reoccurring mold problem ever since we moved in and they do not see it as a big deal. They send maintenance to scrub it off with bleach and then in a few weeks it’s back and bigger. I just called on a Friday and they will not be sending anyone until Monday because mold isn’t an emergency apparently. Mold can be very dangerous and should be treated as such. Also dirt comes out of our shower crevices every time someone takes a shower. Tired of keeping my mouth shut and trying to be cool. Do not move in here.

My wife and I have been living at Steeplechase for a while now and have nothing but GREAT things to say!
The apartments themselves are very new and extremely nice compared to many other apartment complexes in the Fort Wayne area. The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Robyn! They are very quick to respond to any issues or maintenance requests.
