Maria Castillo and the team at Peter H. Benson did a stellar job selling our family home after the death of my father, when my mother could no longer take care of the house. We put it on the market just before COVID hit and it wasn't easy to show yet she was ultimately able to find us a buyer. Throughout the process, I felt that we were in good hands and trusted her instincts. In the end it all worked out, thanks to the knowledge, experience, and dedication of Maria and her team.

I contacted this agency when I bought my house, and when I decided to sell it, of course I called Rosemary. Rosemary made the difference between looking at a house, and actually buying a house.
