Found a property I loved and the listing agent was from this firm. I put an offer in and the next day it was accepted (received my congratulations call with joy) . The following day, the listing agent says he got a higher offer (after telling me my offer was accepted already ) and he was going with the other family. The guy I assume didn’t want to split the proceeds with my agent. Terrible ethics! Mind you, I offered the listed price. Again, terrible and just heart breaking. I had to break the disappointing news to my daughter after telling her the day prior the people accepted .

Made an appointment that required me to leave work and then was a no show. Texted with no response. Then I called and she says she is at another house and that her client canceled. Then when I called her out for her unprofessionalism, she lied and said she had a car accident and she's at the shop when she had just told me a few minutes before that she was at another house. Do not use or trust Lolita from this office as a realtor. Waste of time.
