Everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly, plenty of seating, crispy free chips and fresh salsa. The Menus are well designed, easy to read and navigate. The staff is bilingual which made communication easy between varying guests and customers. The location is easy to find and convenient as you simply go down Noland from I-70 and turn right.
Will definitely eat there again, most likely on Tuesdays. Fair warning, the portions are much larger than you'd expect. Which is, of course, an absolute positive.

Food was good- in fact actually really good. Eric was our waiter. He did really well. We had vampiro tacos and chicken chimichangas. The cheese sauce was excellent. The tortilla chips were great. The salsa was very different. Almost sweet. Reminded me of an Italian red pasta sauce crossed with a very typical salsa.

Great food and the portions are huge. I had the lunch steak fajitas and couldn't finish them all. The hobbit in the parking lot tried to sell me a gold ring for a dollar but do you think I can just drop everything and go to Mordor today? And you can't just walk there they say so that means arrangements have to be made to go by bus or giant flying eagle...like I have that kind of time. The employees are great and deserve raises

So the first time I went here I enjoyed my visit even though the service wasn't the best. The food was good. But today I ordered the chorizo dip and they didn't even melt the cheese or mix the chorizo into the cheese so it was cold when we got it. And then my main dish was the chilaquiles and the beans that came on the side just tasted rotten! like they were spoiled or something was wrong with them. Just nasty! ( and I love refried beans)
And the chilaquiles are NOT authentic at all! they just piled a bunch of chips in the container and then sogged them with who knows what color enchilada sauce
