San Marcos Computers provides full service data transfer for all of your devices. San Marcos Computers can transfer the data from your laptop, desktop, tablet, phone or other devices. Even though your computer or device may not function anymore, it does. Be proactive and protect yourself from accidental data loss and operating system failure.
A Limited Hardware Warranty generally provides a warranty that the Product is free from material defects in materials and workmanship that cause product failure during fair and reasonable usage of the Product for the warranty period. All used or "Pulled" hardware products delivered, assembled, or installed by San Marcos Computers LLC are subject to a 180 day limited warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by regular ground postal service to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. Customer must ensure delivery address is accurate and complete. Goods delivered in accordance with Customer's delivery instructions; Customer is responsible for the same.

San Marcos Computers offers free diagnostics of desktop computers. Bring your desktop in to our store and a San Marcos Computer technician will perform a complete series of hardware tests. After the computer hardware tests are performed we will then inspect your desktop's operating system to determine if it is infected with any viruses or malware.
Time is running out! The good news is that you can still upgrade direct to Windows 10 and maintain your current data, programs and settings. To ensure that the transition is seamless, why not have San Marcos Computers LLC perform your upgrade for you? I brought my computer here in December 2020. My laptop would not power up, so I took it here because they offered "free diagnostics". I thought it was rare to come across a company so confident in their skills that they would do something like that. Kind of like finding a mechanic you can really trust. They said they would get back to me by the next day. They didn't, so I called them. They hadn't gotten around to it and said they would call by the end of the next day. They didn't, so I called them. They quoted me a repair price (that was about average according to a quick internet search). I asked

I needed a battery replacement for my laptop, I guess I could have ordered the battery myself. My laptop the back cover needed to be taken off to get to the battery. So I let the guys here do it so I didn't mess up anything. I have no complaints services are reasonable and they have good communication. No complaints.

If I could give negative stars I would. They are rude, condescending and will take advantage of any given situation. They did give a free diagnostics. After that just horrible. They know that I'm trying to raise my three granddaughters for my very ill daughter and working on a master's degree in mental health counseling and my entire degree is trapped in my computer and still zero compassion. To replace my hard drive and maybe, no guarantee, save all my data. No guarantee and they want $265...$175 is all labor. To just remove and replace a few screws and push a few buttons and they want $175. I

These guys are great! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were so nice, professional, and had an answer to every question I had. They ran diagnostics for FREE! What a relief. I'm struggling just like everyone else these days with family, work, the pursuit of my dreams, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They explained clearly that they couldn't guarantee that they could fix the problem but they would use their years of experience, training, and a little bit of elbow grease to get the job done. What a great experience I just had taking my computer into San Marcos Computers LLC. I pride myself on being computer literate, but this time when I built my computer I just could not get it to work! I was able to take it in to them, and they had a social distance drop off available. I got it back working within a few hours and they explained to me what steps I missed. Highly recommend taking your complex or simple problems to these folks! 10/10!
