My husband and I lived in the Tara Hill Apartments for 3 years. The only reason we moved out 3 weeks ago because we moved to another state.
All we can say is both of Claudias and Carlos were really nice and helpful to us during the three years. Every time we needed maintenance the crew was in our apartment in less than an hour and they fixed everything for us. We really can't complain for the Tara Hill staff, including the maintenance guys. Brian, the security guy is always top on everything, he knows everyone in every single apartments, and he knows which car belongs to the tenants by person

I lived in the Tara Hills apartments twice for a total of 3 years. Obviously, my first experience (Sept 2016-Feb 2019) was good since I moved back! However, my most recent experience at Tara Hills (Jan 2020-June 2020) wasn’t great. They are under new management/owned by a different company now. They don’t respond to emails, barely answer the phone, the “emergency maintenance line” doesn’t actually exist, they tried telling us that our broken a/c wasn’t their priority when the lease clearly states it’s an emergency if it’s at 90 degrees (they ended up fixing it pretty quickly though

Nice place to live especially if you have kids. Only problem here is parking and management because they pretty much set up their residents for failure they get payed from a towing company to come and tow cars off their property that are wrongfuly parked because they can’t seem to manage their parking so you either get towed or park on the street and get a city ticket every other day.

Lived there for 6 yrs. Great place to live, manager is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance workers were always on time with any repairs I needed for my apartment. Perfect location for young couples and families. They have a swimming pool that is always clean periodically, great for the summer heat. I recommend anyone to live here, great pricing for the apartments

I called 30 minutes before they stopped tours for the day. Got there with 15 minutes left and they were very inviting and happy to give the tour. I met with Claudia and she was very nice and showed me a 2 bed/2 bath. I really wanted to see a 3 bed/2 bath. The living room in the 2 bed/2 bath was very spacious. Kitchen was very up to date. It's definitely affordable. You do get what you pay for. The only thing that pushes me away is parking. Also, very convenient if you work at either Disneyland, Knotts, or need access to the freeway.

At first you have 3 parking permits and new owners they reduced it 2 parking permits to allow parking but still no parking inside and outside . You will have to park in the red because most of the parking is red. You get tickets every week for parking on the red because the ananheim council is too busy making g Disneyland area beautiful. My sons friend car was stolen during the daylight in front of Tara hills and my tags were stolen from my car. You will not feel safe walking at 2 or 3 am to yiur car because you will see homeless people making sounds at you and you will see weird guys on bikes

Friendly staff, neighbors are quiet on street side, clean pool and exercise room. Second floor has high ceilings. Pizza hut comes on site on certain Wednesdays. 24 hours laundry.
The only thing that bothers me is the parking situation, 1 spot per apartment and curve side is difficult at times. I have company park on muller. Been here a year, no problems.
The lease is for 1 year then after that it's month to month. I'm not planning on moving out any time soon unless I find a house I like. It sounds like I'm kidding butt, the property management is very helpful. Only problem.
Fair warning though
