Excellent staff, excellent location. The management was only ok. Our apartment previously had chronic maintenance issues, but the apartment maintenance team identified the root cause and took out a contract to solve it. They have created an environment that feels safe with regular cleaning and crowd control related to COVID concerns. The Amazon construction is now much quieter. Even living right across the street on the first floor is ok. Great little fitness facility.
Update: When we moved out though (and this was a year ago-so it may be fixed but is still worth asking about) I reserved our loading

I could go on and on about the team at The Gramercy! I truly loved calling this place home for the past year. I’m only moving because I bought a house. The maintenance team was always quick and very reliable, Danielle in concierge was always friendly, and anytime I’ve had a concern or life event happen, Rania and Marina, the managers, were always responsive and very helpful. If you’re looking for a place close to the city in a nice, safe area, I would highly recommend The Gramercy. You’ll love it. 💛

The customer service at this place is outstanding. When looking for a new apartment, Millie with the extra mile. When she find out that I could not come in to do just staying far away, she scheduled two virtual tours on Zoom. When does this install, she even wanted to go and take pictures of it with her phone and then send them to me. Her customer service was excellent and top notch. She even went to the window and filmed and walk me through everything that was nearby.

I will start by saying that our apartment size and layout are good and the maintenance staff are very good but the windows are obviously very cheap and as a result we hear everything outside 24/7. This problem is the location of the building, being across the street from Costco, this means constant angry car horns and delivery trucks reverse alarms beeping all night. Additionally, the senior apartments across the street (Claridge House) means a constant flow of ambulances and fire trucks and their sirens....almost a dozen per day; absolutely exhausting. As my 12-month lease is ending (due to a $600 hike price to renew, which is insane), my overall experience has been pretty good. Nevertheless, I will update the review once I move out and advise how my move-out experience was.
Complex: Great location! The cleaning crew is always on-site throughout the day and so sweet. When they clean public areas, you can smell it. I moved in about two months ago and have been very pleased. There were several issues with kitchen appliances (I think my apartment sat empty for a while before I moved in), but maintenance has come to fix/replace each issue within 48 hours of me putting in maintenance requests online. They also came overnight on the weekend for a plumbing emergency. Very happy with The Gramercy and all staff.

We love living in the Gramercy. We’ve been residents since 2019, and the management has always taken care of us when there’s an issue. Barbara, the head concierge is a character! She’s got a great personality and is always willing to go above and beyond while sharing a laugh.
Issues that keep our review from reaching 5 stars as follows. Lack of maintenance of the carpets in the resident hallways - they are always dirty and dingy- not really luxury apartment quality. Additionally, the pool did not open last summer despite other nearby buildings opening theirs while still abiding by COVID

I loved living for a short time at The Gramercy! The place is well maintained and the staff is amazing. Specially grateful for Era, Lea,Millie and the extended team for the warm welcome to the building. Overall, excellent management. They definitely know what they are doing here. Do yourself a favor and sign a lease!
