As a Realtor, I recommend a few home inspection companies to my clients and let them choose, and Brink's is on my short list. My clients are always pleased when they use Brink's. Josh Brink is thorough and takes the time to explain what is a major issue versus what are relatively minor ones, or are simply things to watch out for in the future. Josh Brink was our builder for our amazing home addition back in 2008. I was so extremely impressed with every aspect of his work that when I was going to buy a new home this year in 2019, I knew he was the person to call for a home inspection. He has a vast knowledge of the building trade with a remarkable attention to detail. After hours of checking every portion of our new home, Josh talked with me and went over his report page by page with explanations and photos. Always very thorough and top notch reports with extensive photos to document any issues. Josh is the very best in the business! As a realtor, I know my clients can feel good about their home purchase when using Brinks for their inspection.
