I lived at their Aspen St. property for year, and I really liked the apartment. (I'm a neat freak, so the place stayed clean during the entire time. I even filled some holes in the walls that were there upon my move-in!) I had to move from college station for graduate school after living there for a year. During that year, I never once met the management. (Not for tours or even move-in.) The problems arose in addressing maintenance requests.
