This company never repaired anything . Fencing was asked to be prioress prior to move in and was never done . I paid out of my own pocket due to an abusive neighbor harassing me for a year over the fence . Dead trees laid across the back yard , causing an unsafe environment . A leak in the roof was never repaired yet they report it to an insurance company a year later expecting me to go along with their fraudulent claim. I informed I would move out on or before end of month, I moved at the beginning of that month . Lease was not renewed a month prior to that . First tried to increase rent to 300

We moved into a rental property managed by Trinity ~6 months ago. Our experience with them has been excellent. They have an easy online portal for putting in any requests and they respond quickly.
This last week, they went above and beyond. We put an emergency ticket in because our AC failed during 105 degree heat. Vince text us only 10 minutes after we put our maintenance request in and within and hour (on a Friday evening after hours!) he had someone on site at our house getting it fixed! He followed up every step of the process to make sure it was fixed.
The last house we rented the property

Absolutely stay away from this company. Had to wait 3 days for an initial response, then after saying that all 4 of us needed to apply totaling $200+ in app fees, we reached out multiple times in the following days to be told via email that another application had been submitted in the meantime and approved. Unprofessional.

Terrible to work with. Very poor communication on their part. Look elsewhere. Avoid this company at all costs. Had to wait multiple days just to receive a basic email saying they leased to someone else already after taking our application fees, and this was only after we reached out asking for any update.

As a former tenant; Not recommended.
At the end of a short-term rental (MLS# 3527632), approximately $300 was deducted from a security deposit alleging that the house was not cleaned and the carpets needed to be steamed.
Despite documenting at move-in the condition of the house (stained carpets, damaged cabinets and doors, for example); the management office and/or landlord decided to deduct said amount from the deposit. After a heated discussion, only a portion of the deposit was refunded.
The deposit was also kept for almost an entire month; I had to send multiple emails to get a status. Repairs

We have been using Texas Trinity Property Management for a few properties. The service is exceptional. They address any and all minor concerns and clarifications. Prompt reply and follow ups.
The leasing fee is as per the market. They are available to meet in person or over phone and email. Overall we are very happy with the service.

We just want to extend an apology. It's was our first night in our new home (a house) we were exhausted after a long day of moving and went to get some IHOP down the rd. We did leave Magnus outside about an hour or so and apologize again. Magnus is a registered service dog to a United States Military officer who is a war veteran. Magnus can go anywhere we go like Condos,apt,plane, airport,church,HeB,Walmart by law if you want to get technical (So that is at no fault of Trinity management company) In fact he's been nothing but an apartment dog
