David has been involved in property management since 1972 along with his wife Carol Buesing, who is still an active REALTOR. They have managed mobile home parks, apartments and houses. David has served 5 years as City Manager, but is better known as "Chief" for his 24 years as Chief of Police in Pflugerville, where he is known for his hard work, integrity, caring for his people, and fairness to everyone he deals with.
