As a practical, interactive, interpersonal and insight-oriented therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.

Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals. I am here to help understand what lies underneath these issues.
Services
Are you struggling with a relationship and no longer able to communicate with each other? Do family and friends understand your feelings? Whether you are struggling with: depression, anxiety, fear, negative thinking, any type of abuse and/or trauma, self-esteem, communication in relationships, understanding can create positive changes and diminish symptoms.
Do you worry about work constantly when you're at home, or feel anxious and tense even about small events? Is your mind riddled with a powerless sense of imminent danger, a place where rising panic can be difficult to quell? These signs and symptoms are common in those suffering from a medical condition called anxiety disorder.
A study published in the Journal of Traumatic Stress revealed that post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is perhaps more common than you think. Just over eight percent of people in our community will experience PTSD in their lifetimes, 4.7% within the past year, and 3.8% in the past six month period.
Is there an issue surrounding a lack of faithfulness, money, being a parent, the in-laws, or work? While we now know that the old myth that "half of all marriages end in divorce" is simply false (the US divorce rate has been falling for decades and current studies estimate it's closer to only ), it doesn't mean marriage is getting any easier with time.
Do you feel heavy with despair, struggling each day to keep your head just above the darkness and dread? While it may seem difficult to find your way back to hope and happiness, I've been helping clients to personally do just that for years. To experience the joy of warm sunshine on their face, to reconnect with estranged loved ones, and to re-engage with a meaningful life.
