The manager of the apartments lived right next to me and she smoked a lot of weed and it would come through my 3 month year old baby’s room. And she knew we had a baby and still she smoked. It would smell so bad that it smelled up the whole upstairs and caused us not to even sleep in our rooms. Very bad management, do not recommend.

It was ok. The pool was closed a lot and maintanence would never fix anything. After a month in the summer without ac, I was finally transferred to another complex down the road (no fee) . The parking lot was inconveniently set up on the side I was on, making it hard to park. They changed management twice during my stay.

I am currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment, and I Love it. My apartment is huge for the price, it's so spacious, and I just love my fireplace and walk in closets. I like the fact that there is an onsite manager who seems to really care about the property and the residents. She is very sweet and helpful. I have only had a few minor work orders, but they have been very quick to complete them. I love it here and have not had any issues.

This place had some upgrades done in the last year and it is great!! We can sit in the shade or in the sun when we are at the pool. The landscaping has improved tremendously. Our townhouse has a backyard that my kids can play in. Manager and Maintenance are on site and address any situations immediately. Things have definitely improved since the new management.

I have lived at Mission Villas for over a year now and just signed another 1 year lease. I love this place. I have a 2 bdrm and it so spacious. I love the extra room for family and friends that come to visit. Marissa, the manager, is so friendly and always smiling. She truly cares about all us residents at Mission. I picture myself living here for a long time. Thanks Marissa!
