Bailed on me and my 1.5 year old daughter at night for our AAA tow left stranded no call no update nothing they were closed when I called after I waited 3.5 hours like I was told to still nothing. Trash tow company.

Thank you for responding to my flat tire on Sunday. Steven was extremely professional and courteous. I learned more about my vehicle than I ever thought I would ever need to know. Although it was only a tire change, it was much more complicated than anticipated.

I called AAA and they said they would send a link to monitor their arrival. Four hours later had to call them. Then towing company called and asked if I still needed a tow. They forgot about me. Never AAA or this towing company!!!

Fast and friendly service dispatched by AAA. Flat tire in my driveway and Meyer's was here quickly and promptly went to work changing the flat. Very pleasant conversationalist that made a frustrating morning so much nicer!

So a little over 6 months ago I had two separate car issues. Both situations needed to take my vehicle from Kissimmee to Tampa. I cannot express enough how well I was treated by Rickey Todd. I told him a long time ago that I would leave a review because of how great of a service he gave my girlfriend and I. Sorry for the late review but his service never left my mind. In a time of need he could have easily said he couldn't drive us in his truck. However, he embraced us into his truck in the middle of the night. He was a great conversationalist, kept us laughing, very respectful, and helped

I got stuck in some mud during the rain tonight and AAA dispatched Meyers Towing. I cannot give this company enough stars to tell how amazing they are! They were super polite and helpful on the phone (Heidi) and Joe, the driver got my car yanked out of the mud (while it was raining) so quickly! I highly recommend this company!

AAA sent Meyers Towing out to help me this week - and they were great! AAA let me know they'd be with me in 45 minutes, after just 15 minutes Derek from Meyers called me to reassure me he was on the way, and again to ensure he got right to me (I was on a back road). In the end he got my car going again, so didn't need to tow me - but he followed me right to the dealership and even stopped to ensure I got right into the service bay. Great service above and beyond what was necessary. Thank you Derek. Would recommend them for sure!

Per map and AAA 38 mile tow from outside lake Wales to my home. I get 5 miles free with AAA so 33 miles times $4.00 is 132, Myers charged me for 38 miles $154 and didn't take off the 5 miles. When I called them they tried to say it was a 43 mile tow. Way to screw people out of money and not willing to refund the $20.00 overage the charged, just want to argue with the customer. Their motto must be the customer is always wrong. Beware people don't use this company of you have a choice.
