My experience by all means was very unnecessary. Was expected to pay $900 before I could take my cat home. Didn’t receive one pamphlet, one bill of what I was paying for. Absolutely nothing. The doctor was splendid, but definitely needs better Management. Or maybe have your policies out where people can see them, no matter if you’re under construction.

Started out great had 2 wonderful doctors help me with 2 liters of rescue kittens that were found abandoned and very ill and the vet tech was awesome i think her name was either Kasey or Jennie then I call to have 1 mom and her son go in for possible upper respiratory to have a nasty rude receptionist tell me my catory is diseased. What !!! I said it was just built and it's been the same babies in it the whole time .... she was rude nasty and now she has lied to the vets because I called to get the original kitten in cause meds didn't help she said we can't see u for 2 weeks cause

I would never recommend bringing your pet here. I was told, and charged for things during Covid (when I wasn’t allowed inside with her during her appointment) that her records now indicate never happened. Tests and medications I was told she received and I paid for. After waiting 2 months for her records to finally be sent to our new vet, it’s very clear that they said and charged me for things that were never put in her records, and never happened. They also declined orders when I tried getting medications cheaper through Petco. If you live in SJ it’s worth the drive to go somewhere

They love all furbabies! I have a special needs dog and they have worked especially hard to find ways to keep him comfortable. I've taken all my pets here over the years and they have treated each one as their own. At times they have recommended tests that I couldn't afford and they never showed judgement on me for not getting it done. They will help you find a way to be the best parent to your fur-loves!

I keep telling myself I'm done coming to this Animal Clinic. I have had so many issues. The latest was I took my dog in because he was having trouble with his right eye (just lots of goop). They took my dog in the back and dyed/numbed the left eye (aka wrong eye). THE WRONG EYE. Not to mention the prices are outrageous.
