Update: since the “owner” wants to lie. I had specifically mentioned that I didn’t need anything high end, that all I needed was Bluetooth. I still have the sheet with the breakdown of cost for installation. The labor before the radio was quoted to me as $275+ without all the other components I was told I would need (about $500 total). So I fail to see how a lower end radio would have made the price THAT much lower. Rather than lying how about taking accountability or your technicians trying to take advantage of a customer 🤷🏼♀️. I recommend Best Buy if you need a new car stereo

(4 month follow up) Just wanted to post a follow up review. Not even 4 months later and the tint is already peeling. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews and have maybe left 5-6 in my whole life but this place is the bottom tier window tinting shop in town. Hopefully this review will save you guys from taking your vehicles here. See attached photos for reference. Not only did they have terrible customer service - they did an absolute terrible job. While I do appreciate the owner offering to pay for a full service car wash (even though he replied weeks later) I would never let these people touch

I went to have the front windows tinted on my truck and when I got it back there was fibers and pieces of dirt in between the window tinting when I took it back to them they said it's never gonna be perfect this is the best we can do. would not recommend going there.

I wouldn't advise anybody to go here. They're sloppy and messy and their customer service is terrible. I brought in my car and they left streaks all over my seats. They even got streaks and splashes on the in dash screen. How do you get liquid splashes and streaks on the screen? On top of that they left a scratch on my car. Deep enough where my fingernail gets stuck. Beyond disappointed. So, as before, I ALWAYS do my homework on various shops in each industry prior to commenting; since I'm not into bashing other half-assed shops, here's why Custom Concepts is my choice for best Custom auto-system shop.
I called a day before and asked to bring in my '09 Navigator. Gentleman on the Phone told me I would have to speak with J, as he is the audio installation expert, and he will be in tomorrow starting at 9 AM. So the following morning I got in my car went to the shop and I met with Jay. He was very professional & courteous.

Quality of the material is great. Looks good and no issues with it. Disappointed with the service at the end. They left streaks along all the doors. Tried speaking to someone about it and they didn't seem to care. I don't mind cleaning the car but you'd think if you are paying someone to do service on your car they would return it to you the way you dropped it off.

Got the 2 front windows on my Tesla Y done a week or so back. Utter perfection. They said maybe an hour, I was out the door in 30 minutes, and MOST IMPORTANTLY the tint is flawless. Not a bubble in sight. Market price for a top notch product with AMAZING service. What else do you want? Love this place.

Can not express enough how much I appreciate the guys here. I have been coming here for several years now. The guys are straight shooters here, which I admire much. There's no doubling checking with anyone else on the price for a job, the amount a person is quoted is the price a person will pay. Besides, window tinting Custom Concepts does audio work and vehicle modifications. CCR backs all of their work, so there is no need to stress about the job. I will continue to bring my vehicle(s) here for any of the jobs that they do.

Using a Groupon I got my windows tinted here. The shop is clean but small. The customer area has a few chairs and unfortunately very little protection from the hot sun that shines in.
However, I will say the people that run the shop seem friendly and did their jobs quickly.
The two other customers that were in the shop with me were there to get repairs on their previous tint jobs which concerns me a little bit about the longevity of mine. All of the tinting applications come with a lifetime warranty and they didn't seem to have a difficult time in coming in to get the repairs done though

The owner Rod is rude and doesn't stand behind his work!
I wouldn't recommend having your windows done here, there are better shops in town that will treat you right and not just take your money and blow you off afterwards if you have an issue.

Rod and the crew at CCR really knows how to satisfy their customers through listening and taking their time to install the right equipment, the first time, correctly.
I'm a repeat customer and will not go anywhere else for my vehicle custom needs. The experience that is employed at CCR completely out weighs the other fly by night shops.
