They are very friendly and make you feel welcomed, on the other hand I feel like they are somewhat unorganized and inattentive.. I had an appointment for 12pm. I show up and I'm told is gonna take around 2.5 hours to do 2 windows and my windshield, which is totally OK and understandable, it was fine with me. 4 hours later and I was still waiting for their call, so I decided to drive in and ask if everything was going fine. Apparently they had been done for a bit cause my car was parked outside waiting for me. I pay them, get my keys and noticed a burnt spot on my seat covers. I was already home

I recently bought my dream car; a 2020 Mercedes SL550, so naturally I wanted to ensure that every part of my beauty was protected. First, their customer service is outstanding. I read all the reviews and CS is most important to me because its disappearing. I told my husband to give their customer service and told him to call and ask if they could do his tinting that day and the answer was "yes" 😁👏The place was busy too and ot appears to be a husband, wife and little boy team. My husband wanted to go as dark as possible, they showed us a few examples and we went with it. The price was awesome, the job came out beautiful and they're such nice people with the cutest little boy ever. The child already knows how to react
