When we moved into our new house, the views were great but it was SO bright in the afternoon, we had to close the blinds. Goodbye view for hours! I contacted TSF and set an appointment, was on time, provided good communication and did great work! What a difference and Dimitri is very professional and makes great recommendations. I actually asked him back to do more work and implement some creative ideas with frosting. Looks great, very upscale. The treatments are pricey, I did not bid the job(s). We're extremely happy with our window films. We have 2 floors of south facing windows that get beat on by the sun, especially in the late Fall to early Spring. We wanted to enjoy the outside view but were concerned about the sun bleaching floors and furniture and always had sheets over the furniture. Tahoe Solar Film and Dimitri to the rescue!

Contacted the business and explained what I needed. He sent me a text that he was two months behind on orders. I texted back that was ok, we weren't in a hurry. Never heard back. Called the number he texted me from, the owner answered and seemed exasperated that I had called his private number. Told me to leave me a text at this number but next time call the number on his ad. I was too dumbfounded to reply that I had contacted his number and received no reply to I just sent his the info by text as he requested. Never heard back. Hired another local guy and he measured, ordered and installed

Hands down! Dimitri did an awesome job installing these film to give us privacy and heat control to our loft and other places in our house especially our family area. Excellent response, explanation of options, installation and followup. If you're struggling with fading and glare, these films are the solution. This is the third home I've had them installed in and have never regretted it. It was very helpful that Dimitri understood the TRPA restrictions for homes facing the lake and could guide us to the best choice.

After numerous phone calls to several different window tinting vendors over the course of 1 month, Dimitri was the only one who called us back, and within an hour. Furthermore, he came out that same day to view thr project and provided us a quote by the end of his visit. Most impressively, he installed the window tint the very next day! The sun has been just baking our house this summer! Dimitri installed window film on our windows that face Lake Tahoe and it has made a huge difference. It's so nice not to need blinds or an awning so you can still enjoy the view, and I wouldn't know there was a film on there if I didn't see him do it. The blues still look blue.
