Eric the owner took great care of me throughout the process. My home faces due east and sits at 5,500 feet, as a result the sun exposure is extreme. Dimitri the installer was a pleasure to have in my home. Both Eric & Dimitri were nothing but professionals as I voiced concerns and asked for some changes to the original order during the installation. I have never been involved with a company that was as willing to do whatever it took to satisfy their customer as is Sierra Window Tinting.

Eric came out in the evening to give us an estimate as I work in Carson City and could not be home during the day. The price was very reasonable to tint our sliding glass door that faces the south. He completed the work a week later and it looks great! There is no glare and it reduced the heat coming through the window immensely. We are very happy with his work. We will have him out again to tint a few more windows.

Our home has huge windows facing West and when the sun sets, it gets HOT. I was worried that tint would disrupt the clarity of my mountain view. Eric installed a tint sample on my window and I stared through it at all different times of the day for a couple of weeks before investing. Dimitri expertly and quickly installed the tinting and it looks FAB. The glare and heat reduction is amazing. I am not squinting in my family room anymore (or getting a tan, ha!). 5 stars, I absolutely recommend Sierra Window Tinting!
