Dr. Michael Reiter earned his Masters and Doctoral degrees from The George Washington University and completed his pre-doctoral internship at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He then served as program psychologist in a pediatric and adolescent clinic at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Young adults are struggling more now than in any other decade to develop independence. In 2013, 58% of young adult men and 51% of young adult women lived with their parents, and young adults now change jobs more frequently than did baby boomers at the same age. Dr. Reiter specializes in working with emerging adults who are struggling to launch, and their families.
