Dr. Dye is currently taking new clients and seeing existing clients via phone, FaceTime, Zoom, and Duo. Dr. Dye has a diverse clinical practice and treats individuals of all ages. She works both with individuals coping with the problems of daily living and with those suffering from serious mental illness.

She enjoys the challenge of working with individuals who have not met with success in previous psychotherapy. Dr. Dye individualizes her treatment approach to meet the needs of each person. She works primarily within the cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, family systems, and solution-focused models of psychotherapy.

Dr. Dye is currently taking new clients and seeing existing clients via phone, FaceTime, Zoom, and Duo. Dr. Dye received her bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College in 1983 and completed her Ph. D. at Duke University in 1990. She underwent postdoctoral training in Family and Child Psychotherapy at the District of Columbia Commission on Mental Health Services in 1991.
Dr. Dye is currently taking new clients and seeing existing clients via phone, FaceTime, Zoom, and Duo. Most individuals suffer from anxiety at some point in their lives. For many of these people, anxiety may become chronic or escalate to an unmanageable state. Anxiety disorders include Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Phobias.

I've been seeing Dr. Dye for a little over a year now and have nothing but praise. She knows her stuff, gives amazing insight, and above all gives direction for treatment.
