F-A-S-T is our entry-level introduction for members to join our program and work with our trainers in small groups (6 people max). F-A-S-T includes a semi-customized program while also gaining the benefits of working in a group such as increased adherence, motivation, support, fun and friendships. O-N-E is a fully customized program utilizing the whole-person approach to meet our members' specific goals, passion, and abilities.
Each O-N-E program will be tailored by one of our personal trainers designed with a combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching, corrective exercises and weight management strategies to help members feel Fully Alive. F-I-T is our internet based training program created by one of our qualified fitness trainers that delivers two options: a 12 week transformation plan or a 100% customized plan.

Fully Alive Personal Training is an upscale private health studio that helps busy people like you improve their energy, strength, flexibility, mobility, eating habits and most importantly your confidence. This is based on the vision and energy of owner/operator Chris Baggett who believes it is his purpose to inspire his members to live more Fully Alive by helping them grow stronger physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially through fitness.
Chris is the founder of Fully Alive Personal Training and Health Studios. He has worked with many clients, throughout his 11 years in the fitness industry, to help guide and motivate them to become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves.
Chris has accomplished this by using his vast knowledge of various types of training styles and techniques to meet the unique needs of the clients he works with (which sometimes includes bad dad jokes and even worse dance moves).Chris is married to his highschool sweetheart, Leah, and he is a father of his two children (Kailea 19, Chris 17).

Jenna has been working as a professional in the fitness industry helping clients become confident and capable in their bodies and has been involved in sports and athletics for her whole life. After graduating and playing for her University's Intercollegiate Women's Varsity Soccer team all 4 years in 2015, she knew she wanted to continue down the path of being involved with athletics, being in a team environment, and helping others.
Jenna was a competitive gymnast and pole vaulter growing up and her experience in sports led her to pursue a career as a trainer. She believes once an athlete, always an athlete, but you don't have to be an athlete to train like one! Jenna always says, "everyone deserves to feel strong and free in their own bodies".
Lauren is a retired competitive dance coach, so she is no stranger to helping individuals reach their goals. Her passion for fitness and her love for people help her to make a personalized experience for each client. She loves to learn new things and is constantly trying to widen her scope of knowledge to better assist her clients.
