Friendly and helpful doesn't do it justice ... to say this small place is out there is irrelevant !!! I was stuck, in a 30 foot RV towing a trailer on 8 of 10 cylinders and NOBODY could help me for days/weeks but these guys did !!!! I owe them something I can't repay - my faith in good people !!!!
I rarely write a review but it's the very least I could do, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I'd give them the MAX. If you have vehicle issues, get it to these guys !!! Well worth the trip. THANKS again guys !!!

I was visiting my family in Illinois from Boston and my AC died, I was looking at a 17 hour drive in 90 degree heat with 4 people in the car. I needed the AC fixed in 2 days to make it back home for work. Ritter's Auto was able to get my car in and get the repair made, really saved me a lot of pain. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. The are very professional and really took the time to explain the issue and get it worked out.

My husband and I were traveling north on 57, stopped for gas, pulled out and felt something snap on the brake pedal, no brakes! Luckily, our camper had brakes. Called Ritter's and we were assured they would take care of us. They found a pin that had come out and replaced it immediately. Back on the road in an hour. So friendly, reassuring, competent and professional. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you Gary and Greg! You were our angels today.

We had an exceptional experience with this auto repair shop.
Our cars transmission kept on overheating on our road trip. We called multiple places, including the manufacturers dealership, but no one was willing to take a look at our car on such short notice.
We called Ritter’s Auto Repair and the agreed to take a look at our car once they learned of our circumstances, although the were busy as well.
We are so grateful for the job well done and for getting us back on the road!

THANK YOU Greg at Ritter's Auto!! He is truly one of a kind. Stranded on the highway 6 hours from home and 4 hours to our destination and our car completely shut down. We stalled out on the side of the interstate and all the "major" auto repair shops nearby offered nothing. Called Ritter's Auto Repair and immediately knew I was in good hands. Told me that he would do everything he could to get us back on the road even if he had to stay late. Ive been doing business with these guys for a few years now and haven't been disappointed in any work or warranty they have ever done so far. I know when they tear into anything I have it will be put back right and it will be backed up. Their work has been nothing but acceptable and the service is nothing but outstanding. The cost sometimes is not… the cheapest but down the road in a few months is when I been seeing the reliability of the part and the savings for the long term. Two days before leaving on our trip south the gas gauge started working intermittently. Planned on refueling in the town of Edgewood but their gas pumps were out... we didn't make it to Farina! Gave Ritter's a call and they couldn't have been more helpful. Outstanding service to help us get back on the road again. They were very reasonably priced and true to their word. Wow! All I can say is these guys are life savers. Three of us girls were traveling south on a road trip down to Texas when our brake and ABS light came on. Obviously not a good sign. We found Ritter's Auto online as the closest option and when we called them, the shop owner offered to take a look right away even though his schedule was full. Turned out our wheel barring on the back left tire was defected and the tire was loose. NOT GOOD.
