Told them three times that my mom passed and that my dad wanted to put me as primary driver because he was legally blind .He wanted to keep the car for some reason they didn't get it Even canceled policy had to call corporate to complain final got policy reinstated a big bunch of Morons

They want money but care nothing about the customers. We had one claim in 6 years and now they have the nerves to say they are ready to drop us. This company has been getting 586.00 for 6years. Just like any other company I guess, want money but they don't want you to use them

Started out with this office with my parents since I was 16 I'm now 21 years old and finally got tired of this offices reliability. Recently had automatic payments cancelled and switched to regular monthly billing. Agents never gave all info that automatic payments will start up again. My normal automatic due date was the 28th of every month which wasn't charged in the month of November then all of a sudden they automatically charge my account on December 1st. I called he office and Alesia (rude agent) just says yeah you canceled it for one month and it restarts, I then told her the situation
