For the majority of my professional life, I was working in the corporate world of marketing. I was traveling all the time, working crazy hours, overly stressed out and becoming unhappy. After 10 years, I decided it was time to make a change. I left my corporate job and decided it was time to follow my passion.
I'm in my 60's, so I've probably attempted hundreds of diets over the years. I'd always start the same: being really judicious for a week or two, followed by the inevitable "crash-and-burn" by returning to old habits. My diet of choice was low carbs. I'd avoid bread, potatoes, and other carbs. Working with Robin Goldberg was different, better, and so much more effective.
All while providing you the SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY you need in order to make these changes. Keep in mind this is a lifestyle change and results don't happen overnight. However, by the end of your program you will feel confident in your knowledge and equipped with the tools you need to continue this lifelong journey of living your best and healthiest life.

Not all nutritionists deliver results, Robin Goldberg does!
I am so thankful to have discovered such a kind, compassionate and nonjudgmental nutritionist like Robin Goldberg. I had been searching for a nutritionist to help guide me through the practice of staying healthy as my body ages and my lifestyle shifts to accommodate. What I know I needed:
• A sound nutritional plan for optimizing health
• A nutritionist who could explain complex things simply
• An effective communicator I.e., listens well, good oral and written communication friendly

I just completed a three month session with Robin and her nutrition program. all i can say is i will never go back to the way i was eating before after what Robin taught me. truly incredible. i know portion better, eat better, eat healthier and i am not depriving my self of anything but the worst foods (think NOLA cuisine). she was instructive, methodical, very willing to answer any questions and was easily accessible. she made a point to know where i preferred to shop for my food and my favorite restaurants and gave me outlines and suggestions of what was the best match for my desired results

Robin is fantastic! She led several sessions for our team on managing stress through nutrition and shared tips on setting up your home/kitchen for more mindful eating. Robin was extremely easy to work with, super quick to respond to all of our questions leading up to the events, and was an engaging presenter. I also found her prices to be very reasonable. We had tons of questions for her and she did a fantastic job fielding everything. Would highly recommend her!

Robin has really helped me make some meaningful changes to my diet and fitness without any major upheavals of my day-to-day life. I didn’t need to go sign up for a gym or empty out my whole refrigerator to start some new regimen. I was able to make minor changes and additions in an effort to form new positive habits. Also, Robin provides great insight into specific brands to look for at the grocery store. Knowing which protein bars or other snacks to look for, rather than just trying one and hoping for the best has been a huge help. Would recommend to anyone looking to make some healthy changes

Our agency had the opportunity to invite Robin in during Health & Wellness Week for programming related to nutrition, stress and holiday eating. The topics of discussion were very timely and relatable, and it was refreshing to have a nutritionist open to the hard-hitting questions related to alcohol, trend dieting, and athletic training. She left our folks well versed when it comes to healthy, balanced meals, and helped point us in the right direction when wanting to pursue an overall healthy lifestyle. Not only did she do an amazing job educating, but she brought in delicious homemade granola
