I paid 100 for what seems like a subpar service. Paid extra for the bottom of the car to be cleaned and yet they left something that was stuck to the bottom. They replaced the mats but did them all backwards or in the wrong spot. Left spots from bugs on the front that were there from a long car trip - this is a brand new car so those spots have only been there for a few weeks. There were also leftover dirt spots on some of the leather & dirt in the trunk. They also took my dog bed out of the car for the cleaning & then never replaced it - I had to go grab it myself. It’s a lot of little stuff

The car was not as clean as I felt it could be. While when I brought it in, it wasn't grotesque in no way, the guys seemed to be in a rush. As I drove off, I noticed soap coming off both the drivers and passenger door windows. There was soap in the car on the steering wheel and the doors handles. The inside waiting area was nice and cozy. The incense that were burning was a little strong but that could be driving by the closed environment. Will give another chance.

First time going, car wasn’t too clean, but I signed up for the unlimited pass so I decided to just swing by again on my way home. Especially since I noticed cracks/scrapes in my windshield that weren’t their before. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely unprofessional so I told him I’ll just take my business elsewhere. This did not bother him of course though. He was only focused on clocking out for the day.

I believe I overpaid for the service I got, which was the Super Clean package.
While my car was clean overall, the cup holders and dash weren’t fully wiped and the vacuuming missed some places.
The outside of the car looked great, but I was disappointed with what was supposed to be the inside vacuuming, leather treatment, blow out, and wipe down.
All in all not worth the money or the wait.

Aqua Car Wash employees were fantastic. They did a great job and my car was spotless when I picked it up. I own a huge dog that sheds like no other and they were able to get it squeaky clean. I even had some scratches on my vehicle from an automatic gate and they buffed it out for free! Management was quick and responsive as well! Highly recommend!

I’m back in my hometown, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands and 6 years later I still tell people how awesome this car wash is. Best car wash I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of them. I would drive a half hour to get to Aqua because I care about things like my rims being thoroughly cleaned, tire shine being applied around the entire tire, separate microfiber cloths being used for the body of my car and the windows/windshield, no streaks on glass, etc. The guys and gals at Aqua are friendly, fast and extremely efficient. Hard to find a good a good hand wash spot in Dallas so when I was passing by and saw this one I had to swing through. For just a basic $20 wash, I really couldn't ask for much more. The basic doesn't include an interior wipe down but they still wiped down the inside windows which is much appreciated. The service was quick fast and friendly. If I'm back in the area I would for sure stop by again.

Came in on a Saturday around 1pm for a full wash and interior detail ($170 package). The super nice lady that checked me in told me it would be around 3 hours. Since it was a nice day I took a couple hours to walk around Montrose and visit some local stores. I came back around 3pm and they were just finishing up. My car looks brand spanking new and I couldn't be happier!
