Upper Kirby Car Wash

Always leaves my car clean and protected. I am pretty hard on my car and it's nice to get it all cleaned up.

Removed stains in my white upholstery. Removed stains in my ceiling upholstery, and was explained why a more expensive service like shampooing cannot be done on ceilings. Owner is honest, workers are hard working, price itself blows competition out of water. Try upper Kirby car wash once and you’ll probably end up a lifelong customer.

My car is as too plain compared to all the bmws and Mercedes so they didn't even really care to hand dry and take the marks off side like I paid for !

I wasn't very impressed.
We asked to have the car cleaned and the carpets shampooed. At $155 you would think the glass on the speedometer would be spotless.

I'm giving 2 stars because they were very kind and polite. I feel like if I would have checked the car and expressed my concerns before paying they would have fixed the issues but too late now.

One of the floor mats was still dirty. I'm not sure if it was dried soap or water but still disappointing to look at.

I was able to wipe dirt off with my fingers when I wiped the cup holder and window switch.

I won't be returning

Got the full detail and was so worth it! Very nice people and made sure everything was done properly. Jose went the extra mile and made sure everything was taken care of to satisfaction. Will definitely be returning!

I hadn't washed my car since the start of Covid - yet they were still able to make my car shine and smell like a 2022 off the lot. They worked fast and efficiently. The guy that greeted me (big guy... maybe the manager?) was super friendly and provided great conversations while I waited. 10/10 ... would go there again.

Good place for a quick car wash. Very quick service, but sometimes too quick that some dirty parts are missed, but overall, good quality service

These guys do such a great job! You won't find a better hand car wash for the price, and they make sure and get lots of areas where all the other crappy car washes don't get. I'll be bringing both my vehicles here every week form now on!!!

Truly amazing. I watched as 4 guys spent over an hour cleaning every nook and cranny of my car by hand. They did an outstanding job. So much better than the drive though places. I really appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them.

Great car wash! The service was top notch and the employees were extremely helpful. The inside where you wait is very nice, the vending machines have a great selection of snacks. My car looked AMAZING after the exterior and interior wash! They made it look brand new! I will definitely be going back to Upper Kirby Car Wash for my future car washes.

Such a great carwash! Prices are slightly higher than some other places ($60 for a superwash, interior + exterior), but I thought it was well worth it. My car came out spotless after, and I just drove from California so you can imagine how many dead bugs and dirt marks there were all over the car. Internally my car looks almost brand new. No problems with possessions or anything of the sort. Managers were kind.

There's an air conditioned waiting lobby for you, but unfortunately no wifi. That's the only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars - waiting an hour without much to do isn&apos

I had such a professional experience with Mary at the car wash. My seats were so stained and I could not get the stains out. But Mary and her team went above and beyond cleaning every inch of my car. They were fast courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning my car. They took out all my belongings in my car kept them safe while they cleaned and then put them back. Such an professional job. I came here for the executive wash (hand wash exterior, and basic interior vaccuming/cleaning), and I think they did a great job. They claim that the interior is the bare minimum, super quick level of cleaning and encouraged me to upgrade, but honestly, I think it's way better than I could've done myself and didn't have any major spills in my car that required anything more than the executive. I love how SHINY and noticeably clean it is, both inside and out.

Execution aside, I think this is a miscommunication between the people that answer the phone and the employees that actually

I mainly went because the inside of my car was pretty dirty and had some ants. They did a great job and finished it in less than an hour! My car was so clean after, and the outside was also very clean with just some white spots left on the front that might need some deeper cleaning. Their waiting area isn't the best with the couches, but it was worth it!

My friend recommended this place when I mentioned that I need to deep clean my car. I did the seven star deep clean and omg, my car looks AMAZING! Ken and his team did a fantastic job! I'm just at awe that they managed to turn my beat up 2008 Honda Civic into a (almost) brand new car! I highly recommend this establishment. The cleaning took a little over 2 hours so bring some thing productive while you wait (I was listening to an audio book).

If you plan to sell your car and want it to look brand spankin new, go this place!!!!

Outstanding!!! My car was hauled (53’ Ft Trailer) from Illinois to Texas; exposed to all types of elements and debris from the haul! As soon as I received my car back- I headed right over to Upper Kirby Car Wash - you can’t go wrong here! The professionalism and level of service was exceptional! Hands down the best car wash I have been to!
