Forget the massive ad campaigns! This law firm hires masses of inexperienced ineffectual young attorneys. You will not actually be represented by Thomas J Henry. The young attorney handling our case told us she's been assigned 100+ cases simultaneously. The service is terrible. You are a number to them, not a person.

well after going through 3 attorneys ( must be a high turnover rate)
i finally got one. what a joke! they didn't fight for me they really did nothing except take the majority of my money in which i haven't recieved a dime of yet! out of 15000.00 i get only 4000.00 that's it!
do yourself a favor and shop around do not settle for these crooks!
they don't care about you they care about stealing most of your money from you. oh and i will be filing a grievance against them.
don't do it! all these other reviews is bu##$h!t!!

I died in an auto accident, and my family was told to hire Thomas. He did not fight for me. My whole life changed and my dreams were ruined and crushed. Due to the fact that I had hired him in the first place, no other attorney would touch or handle my case. I never got updates or anything. I just wanted justice and someone who would fight for me. 17 years still after the fact, I suffer and I will never have closure. I do not recommend him to anyone. To me, I think its all about the amount he will win. I don't think he wants to really help people get what they deserve. I certainly did not

I have specifically asked my lawyer to stop sending me the invitations, via email, to review Thomas J. Henry. I've asked that, because the law firm of Thomas J. Henry, IGNORES their clients except when it's to ask them for reviews. I have to track them down to get a "not-quite-monthly" update on my case, yet my inbox is flooded with these requests. I take that back, they have been hounding me to sign a petition, in response to a proposed law, that makes it so Thomas J Henry can't immediately get another private jet. We later find out later the services provided are not that good and every excuse is COVID. Bad pass downs between lawyers-COVID. Lost forms and letters I have proven def twice-COVID. Lazy-COVID.

What a racket! Please read all the other reviews, everything is correct. They only take on clients if they can get enough money to cover their costs. They couldn't care less about you and they will tell you that, (not in beginning, but later once they get money from Insurance). I have witnesses to my accident which was caused by a drug-dealer going 70 in a 40 speed zone. My children were in the car which was totalled, air bags went off, etc. The courts are delayed due to COVID so now after a year, TJH is bullying me to settle with 12K in their pocket and $0 in mine. They have treated my witnesses

My girlfriend was involved in a car accident on May 13th. The Police were in hot pursuit of a man driving a stolen van. The van ran a red light and hit my girlfriends car head on, totaling it. She hired Thomas J Henry on the 14th of May. Once they determined that my girlfriends insurance covered attorney fees, they stopped communicating with her. She is in pain with back issues and has no vehicle to drive to-get back and forth to work in. Today is June 1st, she has called her Attorney and others on her "team" every day and nobody has returned her call. She needs to see a doctor, chiropractor

Literally took on a case they touted and claimed they would prosecute to leave it behind (without prosecuting). Firm failed to file No Fault Insurance billing procedures in the specified time required by Geico. Both assigned attorneys, supervising attorneys and staff (at all levels) defended the negligence of their firm. To add, they piled up over 30k in medical fees from their "partnered" network of doctors that "I" am now responsible for, all because THEY missed filing procedures with Geico and neglected to prosecute the case when all was said and done. Beware when choosing a personal injury lawyer, my son was involved in a car accident 25 months ago and getting status on his case has been a waste of time.case was supposedly settled in f\Febuary 24 2017 an agreement was reached but still no settlement.i believe this law firm treats injury cases according to how much money they can make. what my son is getting is pocket change to Thomas j. Henry ,but to my son can be beneficial in furthering his education. I would never recommend this law firm as there are many others that can do the same.
