Have a broken phone or tablet screen? We can repair or replace parts for most issues you may encounter with your iPhone, iPad, smart phone or tablet device. Our techs can diagnose and fix your iPhone/iPad and have you back calling, chatting and texting in no time. We charge labor plus parts cost. Call for pricing and availibility.
If you have IT equipment you need to dispose of we can help. Please call ahead at 443-231-5627 to schedule a drop-off time or schedule pick-up services. Customers can bring their equipment to our location and we can disassemble the components and recycle them. We also offer data destruction services and hard drive removal for a small fee.
SysQuick can provide the solutions you require for all your Mac computer needs. We provide in-shop and on-site service, troubleshooting, repair and installation of Mac equipment. If your Mac is running slow, has infections or not turning on, we have the parts and expertise to help you. Does not include data recovery or parts (RAM, hard drive, logic board, keyboards, screens, etc.).

SysQuick's Console Repair Store gives you quality repairs and maintenance on all major home videogame systems on the market. We service all major modern consoles from Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo. Nintendo Wii-U - Standard service does not include the cost of service on Wii-U Gamepads, which is a $35.00 fee separate from the console service fee.

We brought my wife's Macbook in on a Friday right at closing and my man had it up and running an hour later. Given the weekend, I planned on picking it up early the following week.
Instead of shelving it until we picked up, he spent some extra time testing the unit and updating the software/OS over the weekend while it was in his possession so that we'd pick it up faster and smoother than we left it (not to mention, working.) He didn't charge us a dime for the aftercare because he said he felt like he needed to earn our money after fixing the main issue so fast. A+ for the customer service!

These guys are awesome! I had a Japanese PS3 that was shutting off by itself after about 10 seconds of being turned on continually. I was worried I was going to be out of luck and after talking with Sony, they essentially told me to just buy a PS4 or a new PS3. I thought I was going to lose all my data and be out a bucket of cash.

I needed a cheap laptop to hold me over while my usual laptop was temporarily out of commission. I called and was told they had a few old machines for $50. When I got there, they had exactly what I wanted, and they took the time to make sure the open source software I needed would load on the machine I chose. They were really friendly and helpful. They also had a giant bowl of chocolate candy on the counter. Yum.

After the apple store lied to me and tried to charge me over $1000 for a new logic board to fix a computer, MacDaddy found that the issue was actually the hard drive and fixed it with no problem. I cant believe i was about the throw my laptop away, only to have it fixed for a couple hundred dollars.
Honestly, these guys are the nicest, most honest people i have worked with in years. I will go back to them for any problems i ever have with my macs again.

Mac Daddy is the best place to take your Apple computer for maintenance and service. Juan and his team are very experienced, professional, and up front about the cost of repairs. They have excellent customer service and they go above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend taking your computer here instead of directly to the Apple store. Juan and his team treat you like a person and not just the next number in line. The backlight on my 5 year old Macbook went out randomly and I had no idea what to do. After an unsuccessful trip to the Apple store, I decided to call Mac Daddy

MacDaddy provides very good service. I was very frustrated with my Imac's hard drive having issues and it was finally recommended to me from Apple that I seek out a Data Recovery Service. They recommended MacDaddy. it was only 30 minutes until they closed but I called and they agreed to wait for me even though they were going to close and I was 30 minutes away. They provide EXCELLENT customer service and peace of mind. They are definitely my go-to company for all my Apple Products.

MacDaddy is the the new face of Major Mac in Bel Air. Juan and his team of technicians are the best thing to touch your mac in Harford County. They are an authorized Apple service provider and definitely know their stuff. They also sell used computers (even know you'd barely know they've been used) and can do simple upgrades such as more RAM, bigger hard drive, etc. Definitely give them a shout.
