You will get paired with a repair coordinator who will assist in pricing, setting up an appointment and ensure a as painless as possible repair. Anything more complex than your average repair we would need to take back to our repair center.

Got my iPhone xr screen repaired on site at my home during the Covid-19 lock down. I reached out Forever wireless on their website and chatted with Casey. He was able to setup an appointment to have a tech come to my home and complete the repair which took about 15 minutes. They respected the whole social distancing thing by having the tech ask me to leave the device outside my door while he watched from a safe distance. He took the device to his car and got repaired it. Left it by the door and rang the door bell for me to come and grab it. He waited from a distance so ensure that it was safe.

I've been taking my family's phones to Forever Wireless for service for years. Quick, reliable, and great prices keep me coming back. They've fixed charging ports, cracked screens, whatever. Today they did a quick fix on my Samsung S7 that developed purple splotches on the screen. Got it back in a couple of hours, good as new. Thanks!!

These guys fixed my LG V20 by replacing the MicroSD slot, but in doing so the broke the combined nano-sim slot. When I asked that they use their own warrantee to fix it they first blamed me for breaking the slot and then offered my $97 back, but only refunded my credit card $48. To be clear, I paid half before the repair, so this was like only getting refunded one of the charges.

This place is great. They're honest, fairly priced, very polite, and very knowledgeable. I told Casey the problems I was having with my phone, he was able to diagnose it and order the replacement part. When I came in for the repair, Steven was able to repair my phone quickly and effectively. Every interaction I had with the anyone from the store was extremely polite and helpful; they really want to help, and they're able to follow through flawlessly.

Best cellular phone establishment that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business in! All the staff is extremely nice and making you happy is their main focus. If they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for they will do what they have to in order to get it for you in a timely fashion. And the owner Casey is the most down to earth and friendly person you will come across. I will definitely continue to go to any one of his locations for any/all my cellular needs

Forever Wireless is such a pleasure to work with. Anytime my phone breaks -- or the screen I don't worry at all because I know they will take care of it in the same day within a few hours.
