I went to John for a full data backup/salvage once my early-2011 MacBook Pro (finally) kicked the bucket. Not only was he able to diagnose the problem over the phone the first time we talked, he also stuck to the price he quoted me during that first conversation. Considering my laptop was almost 10 years old, wouldn't start up properly, was literally burning itself with every use, and needed to be completely taken apart to save the hard drive, John's quote price was a steal. Plus, some of the data files wouldn't back up properly, so John had to go in by hand and move the files to my backup external

He was very thorough and returned the laptop, on which I had twice spilled a drink, after a deep cleaning and it is working perfectly. The repair cost was very reasonable and certainly less expensive than having to buy a new laptop.

John was a delight to work with. I had an issue with my custom desktop randomly shutting down after a blue screen. I took it to Best Buy, and they charged me for a diagnostic, and then promptly called me the next day and told me they didn't work on custom built computers. I got my diagnostic fee back, and took it to John. He asked very good questions about what was going on and was able to actually diagnose the problem before he even touched the system. He did his due diligence any and did all his testing to ensure what he thought was wrong was actually the issue, and was able to get the problem

John is one of the best business owners I have ever met. I made an appointment and took my iMac to him. He offered to diagnose and repair it by later in the day even though it was already after lunch. He fixed it good as new, it's running faster than ever and the price was very reasonable. I asked him to wipe the removed disk and recycle. He didn't do so immediately and I was able to call him to get the disk to recover some data I failed to back up. I highly, highly, highly recommend Baltimore PC Repair.
