I hate to do this, but my experience with this UTX clinic was so terrible I feel the need to post a warning. I bought a refurbished laptop from UTX in mid-2020. It had to be repaired a couple of times under warranty. In November 2021 the video screen stopped working. After four visits and $150 to repair the video cable, wi-fi. and touchscreen, Zoom stopped working. I was then told that the problem was the motherboard and would cost almost $400 to replace. Now I am out $150 and will need to buy a new laptop, and not from UTX. Horrible experience.

Apple laptop repair done in one day at half of the other pc repair place in the area quoted. Hector even updated the system at no added cost. Just in case I was wondering he showed me the part he removed, which I know was the part, and the repair was beyond our expextations. Not sure of anyone else's experience, but this is my honest review of Computer Clinic in Cockeysville based in our experence. Hope it helps.

I took my laptop to Baltimore PC Repair on 11/18/16, after wasting two weeks of having it at Computer Clinic in Cockeysville, MD. When I went over to Computer Clinic earlier in November, I gave him my computer on a Wednesday and he didn’t email me with quotes of what the computer needed until 2 long weeks later and after doing an easy google search, it was obvious he was price gouging me in both parts and labor. Hector Lopez from CC quoted me:
