The idea of teaching self love and acceptance through the practice of yoga and meditation. By understanding the power of kindness, compassion and connection we can then begin to heal ourselves, our families and our community. Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being.

Regular practice will help you reach improve and perfect poses, correct posture and positioning, and improve your breathing and outlook on life. Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, nurturing, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on.

Our goal is to create a safe, fun and inviting space to explore all the layers of your beautiful being. Most of my life, I was surrounded by addiction, violence and sickness and for as long as I can remember I struggled with anxiety and depression. As a teenager the absence of self-acceptance and self-love led me down some dark unhealthy paths.
60 minute private with your favorite instructor. This session will deepen your practice and understanding of yoga in YOUR body. There is a open discussion in private sessions that will help guide the practice where the student needs more attention or focus. As the body changes, so will your yoga practice.
Pranayama, Yoga Ethics, Yamas & Niyamas, Mythology, Philosophy, Symbolism, Culture of Yoga, History of Yoga, Sanskrit root, Meditation and Mindfulness. You will be expected to log your meditation, home yoga practice, class observation and your teachings during your training. Any hours missed virtually or in-studio will need to be made up before the end of training to receive your certificate of completion.

I went to the Lunch Flow Class with Shanna and loved it! The studio is so charming and Shanna was a wonderful instructor. I also like that they had their own community outreach, gathering supplies for local nursing homes and the homeless community.

I went on a Wednesday during the noon session and absolutely life changing! Gave me the mind, body and soul reset I much needed! The instructor was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!
