Services
Premium floor with pool view (3rd floor pool level, Island View, 7th and 8th floors) are +$10 per night. Deposit - A deposit of one nights lodging must be received no later then one week from date reservations are made. Reservations of 8 nights or more require two nights deposit. Reservations held until 6 p.m. unless notified otherwise and additional deposit sent.

This place deserves ZERO stars!
What a dump!
The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, had holes in the lights, lights were flickering!
The floors were so dirty we all had to wear socks or shoes to prevent our feet from getting dirty!!
There is a bed in the "kitchen" area, the sliding glass door doesn't slide open or closed correctly and all you smell is pot!
Never again would we stay here and I don't recommend it to anyone!

The filthiest place I have ever stayed in my life. This place honestly needs to be shut down. The floors are extremely dirty, the ceiling in the bathroom is falling down spilling dust and debris in the tub, my door won't lock and I was told the odds of the locks being changed are greater than me getting another room (they obviously don't care about the guests safety). Rooms were dirty. Barely any utensils. Staff was not pleasant. Outlets in the room didn't work. Water pressure was terrible and there were 2 types of temps, scorching hot or freezing and the temps would change regardless of where u set it at. Thermostat in the room didn't display correct temp in the room. The pool area was gross. Wouldn't walk barefoot. The only good thing was the location. Don't book here!! You'll be highly disappointed!!

This was my first visit to this motel. I have a usual spot but wanted to try a different place, big mistake. I picked this for several reasons, but the lounge and restaurant were closed and that’s not in their website😢. Too late at this point , I didn’t want to lose my deposit. We go to our room and immediately I can feel the central air is not working. I go down to desk and the woman looks at me like I’m crazy , finally she says she will send maintenance up shortly, the shifts are changing. I requested a room change right away so I could settle in and change from my long drive. She said

The staff was friendly, the location was great. The hotel its self is very dated and in need of a remodel. Bedspreads look like they are from the 80's, and the tiled floors look like they could use a good scrubbing with Clorox. I would not recommend this place if you are used to a better quality hotel, but for large families I guess some guests don't mind because I overheard 2 different ones saying they come back each year.. Our accommodations had 3 beds, 1 in the kitchen area and 2 in bedroom, bathroom sink was extremely low, as was toilet. It is very dated and not my cup of tea. I would not go

This property is basically charging Ritz Carlton prices for a $50/night motel. We paid $700 for a two night stay. Phone was completely broken and you couldn’t even reach the front desk. This hotel literally couldn’t even provide so much as two blankets from the front desk when asked. The room was rusty , old, dirty and certainly not worth the price. Everything about this property is run down and raggedy. I would never consider staying here again. The location is literally the only positive about this “motel”.

This place is beyond dirty. We had a dead roach on our wall, clumps of hair in our drying towels, shower water doesn't run properly, top of refrigerator has mold, room out dated, cigarette burns in sheets, front door barely closes and to top it off the management did NOTHING when we ask for a different room. Worst customer service ever. Dirty, unprofessional place to stay. Location means nothing. Me and my family stayed up the whole night and checked out.

Stay away. Will never return. Elevator works when it wants. I am happy that people want to enjoy their vacation but was here with 4 kids and waited until 1:30 AM to make my first call to the desk about neighbors BLASTING music. Had to make several more calls. Rude staff. There are a hundred other places in the area with similar rates and views - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Stay away! Rude staff, dirty rooms, sketchy sketchy sketchy. The tile in our ceiling was moved in our shower when we came back to our room after being our one night. Scary? The floor made our feet black. It's in a nice area if you want to be close to the boardwalk. But there are better places to stay. I slept with my purse in my bed with me, I would suggest you do the same if you stay here

This is a wonderful place to stay! Family friendly and location is perfect. The balcony view is amazing. Room was a nice size. Comfy bed. Plenty of linen. Room was clean, although some things could be updated such as fixtures and fridge. Wonderful central air. The boardwalk,beach and Moreys Pier is across the street. Free parking on site. Buffett restaurant located inside with reasonable prices, food is OK. Pool is ok, hot tub looks like it needs cleaning. Housekeeping is friendly and sweet, does a good job they make sure you have what you need every morning. Staff is OK. Everything is walking

If you want to keep your belongings do not go to this place. Their staff is dishonest. I've tried to contact the owners and the manager several times. They refuse to contact me. I've tried several times to speak to the front desk and resolve the issue but no resolution. They will not put me in contact with the owners of this establishment. Shame on them. I've tried to do the right thing and not accuse anyone but when you have proof it's very hard. Description of person, time, etc. The front desk doesn't care. Do NOT go there.

Two stars for the perfect location (with a nice view from the balconies) and the pool area, which was nice. Other than that, the motel leaves much to be desired. The rooms are dirty, in poor repair and in desperate need of updating. There were three beds in the room we had, however that left no room for a couch or any kind of comfortable seating. The door to our room was difficult to close...unless you slammed it a couple of times, it could be pushed right back open. The staff was pleasant, but besides the location and pool area, there isn't really anything else going for this motel.

I like this hotel because the rooms are big and it is very close to the boardwalk, but they are unprofessional there. I stayed there a couple of weeks ago and the first night (in the middle of the night when everyone in my room was sleeping) the fire alarms started going off. We barely heard it in the room, very quiet so thank god there wasn't a real fire. We all evacuated outside and the fire trucks came and then they left but no one really told us we could go back to our room. Terrible place to stay and very over priced. Don't even think of trying the buffet- it was disgusting (go to Pink Cadillac instead). Floors were not cleaned well at all, just a filthy place. Staff couldn't care less about hospitality. Parking was a disaster, good luck squeezing a pickup truck through the ramp to the upstairs lot. Pool area was ok just needed an outdoor bar. AC didn't work so maintenance kept me up until 1am with no apologies but they did fix it. Can hear everything outside of rooms. Only giving two stars based on it's ease of access to the boardwalk.

My friends and I stayed here last night and like the other reviewer we were charged extra for having more than two people; which was okay since we were close to the boardwalk. We got on the elevator and that's when it all started. The elevator stalled a little at each floor and we could hear people talking outside the doors as we were going up to our floor. It also rocked side to side when more than two people were inside which I don't know about you, but I don't think an elevator should do this. My daughter and her boyfriend and two other couples booked one of the deluxe rooms for the weekend, 6 total. When they arrived the lady at the front desk said she thought only five people were staying there so she needed to charge an extra $30 a head because there were six, even though they booked for six people in the room they were staying in slept six people. They were annoyed but willing to give up the extra money until they noticed the pool which was completely green. We stayed here for the national marbles tourament. Even though it's an older hotel, it was still nicer then some of the places I've stayed at in Ocean City. The staff was very friendly and always accommodated our request for more towels promptly (as a family of 5 - we went through a lot). I loved that it didn't have carpet and instead had tile flooring. I think that's the reason the room always smelled clean.and didnt have that musty smell most beach hotels have. The pool always appeared to be clean too, even though there was a lot of people using it. We had a room with 3 beds

Just checked out of this place, and we will never check back in. 2 stars only for the fact of price and location.
The room was a suite, meaning it was 2 bedrooms, with 3 dbl beds total, great for bringing friends or a big family.
The bathroom was probably the worst part of our experience. The shower curtain was out dated, too long and moldy at the base, there was some other girls hair still on the walls of the bathroom. The toilet ran on and off, I'm assuming every time someone in the hotel flushed. The icing on the cake was the towels that each not only had one or 2 hairs lingering on them

First, I feel that I should state that I have stayed in 5-star hotels in NYC and resorts in Maui among other cities. This is not me bragging, this is me providing background so you, the fellow Yelper, know that I have somewhat of an understanding on luxury travel/accommodations.

My boyfriend and I paid $113 for one night on June 6-7. Other hotels/motels in the area were charging upwards of $250 a night (we were DEEP in prom/HS graduation season), so this was a steal.

I only give this motel one star because in order to review it you HAVE TO. Honestly, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The motel check-in desk is run by a rude racist who referred to myself and two other colored guest groups as "you people" and raised a fuss when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the comment. At that point, she rudely walked away while making more rude comments.

The only reason they get 2 stars is price. If you are literally just looking for a place to sleep and plan to spend 95% of your time elsewhere, this is a great deal. Also, if you like to smoke cigarettes and pot and would love a contact high while hanging out in your room, definitely choose this place. Even the employees are lighting up fat doobies in the alley and quite possibly in the office. You could probably score any kind of drugs without even leaving your floor. Keep in mind this means you will likely encounter the kind of people who will do said drugs in front of or even with their children

This hotel is average to slightly above average for a typical Wildwood hotel. Almost 90% of all Wildwood hotels are older. They are pretty well kept, but they're usually not luxury suites that you're staying in. The Beach Terrace is clean, with a friendly staff. The rooms are slightly outdated, but they're kept clean and the prices are reasonable. My only word of caution is, if you stay, request a higher floor. If you stay near pool level, it can be noisy, but it does end promptly in the evening.
