So this review actually starts at Quebec's sister hotel at the key west hotel. We were able to check in about an hour early, no fee. We went up to our room and noticed the wallpaper was peeling away from the wall. Seeing as we have a 1 year old we were concerned about her peeling it off and possibly putting it in her mouth. My husband went down and talked to the front desk. They understood our concern and asked if we would like to be moved to the Quebec. They were very nice about it and didn't have an issue with moving us. We agreed and moved. Now onto the Quebec review. Honestly I have nothing

Came home and ended up spending 1900 dollars for an exterminator because we ended up bringing BED BUGS home. The room does sleep 6 however not comfortably. The sofa beds aren't really sofas its a bed u pull in and out so it's a mattress u sit on as a sofa. For older pple if your on the top floor they only have steps that you have to lug your stuff up and and down. And they only have one flight of steps.
It is nice and close to the boardwalk and beach. And the staff are very nice no complaints there. More upset about the 1900 dollars I'm out because of the nasty bed bugs. Vacation you expect them

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was nice & clean. We are a family of 6 who came to NJ on an email confirmation from another hotel...upon arrival, they didn't have a room for us, we had just drove 12 hours and were..to say the least...disappointed. The Quebec moved people around and made room for us on a whim!! We enjoyed our stay very much, we were in the heart of the boardwalk with the best view! Thank you doesn't describe it, you guys made our trip amazing!!

Got a hotel here for a few days, we got a room on the third floor. The customer service was nice, if we ever asked for anything we needed extra, they gave it happily. We even asked them to tidy up our room, and they came in, swept, mopped, and made our beds for us. Just checked out today, and they were very kind all the way through. Thanks for helping our wildwood experience! Would definitely recommend this hotel! Thanks again!

The Quebec Motel is very Exquisite and beautiful nice for family the bedrooms are separate from the rest of the place. And you have a full size fridge and microwave and TVs in the bedroom and then living room and two pull-out beds in the living room for the kids! You will not be disappointed this is a great price and value! ❤️

The owners are VERY rude. There was no playing allowed in the pool because of "COVID" but the chairs near the pool were barely an inch away. There were no waters allowed by the pool also because of COVID but they have an Ice machine that everyone was sticking their hands in without any sanitizer or anything to clean their hands or the scooper. Guy that owns the hotel screams at you like his child as if you didn't pay to be there. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone.

Rooms need major updating! Not cutting an uneven hole in the top of a wooden nightstand and use that to surround the sink. Holes in the floor. Not one outlet will hold a plug.
There's some old mad (maybe owner) who stands outside the pool watching the kids. If you so much as breathe wrong (exaggerating) wrong he kicks the kids out. I was in the pool for only about 15-20 minutes and I watched him kick 3 kids out for normal play! He just stood there like a hawk and didn't care what any of the parents had to say. I was only there for a few hours because I was just there for the day to visit

When we returned to our room and found that the ac wasn't working properly and someone came to look at it, they found that they couldn't fix it that night. They quickly moved us to another room, within 5 minutes, and told us to take our time moving our things. For something slightly inconvenient, they made everything easy!

Best place to stay in the Wildwoods!!! Staff is amazing, polite, friendly and most of very accommodating with all your needs. (Roger and Debbie you're beyond amazing). The rooms are spacious, clean, and best of all have a full sized refrigerator!!! Highly recommend staying here especially when your with your family and want to save money by cooking your own meals. The amenities have everything you need for your stay whether it's short or long. They are hop skip and a jump away from the boards , convention center and so many stores!!!! Cant wait to book with them again!!!!

We stayed in December with my elderly mother for the weekend so we can attend Cape May Christmas events. It was one of only a few hotels that was open. The first room we had was extremely cold no heat so I asked for another room cause my mother is elderly and the man at the desk (I didn't get his name) said only room was on 3 floor ( I don't know how no rooms was not available lower floors since the town and Hotel was a ghost town the whole time we was there). Anyhow he helped my mom up stairs which I thought was so wonderful of him. That room the heat worked great. Besides the hotel

We stayed here on an impromptu trip to Wildwood as my kids are nearly grown and they've never been. I spent summers here as a child and felt shamed that my kids had never had a piece of saltwater taffy. Granted cause we live in NY now but nevertheless they needed to have the wildwood experience and it did not disappoint. I chose the Quebec because its close to everything and my kids could stay out late and i didn't have to worry about them losing their way home. Its not the most modern motel and def not fancy but it wasn't dirty and the grill and pool area was decent...small but

Terrible hotel and terrible service. My family and I came down here this weekend it was my moms first vacation since she finished breast cancer treatment. They charged us for the more expensive room and just because it's the most expensive room doesn't mean it's the best... the beds are hard and hurt your back and I had to sleep on a mattress without the springs on the floor because the spring just my back even more. There are hardly any outlets and some of the outlets and appliances like lamps and blow dryers don't even work. Everything in the hotel is dirty and old and there

Honestly, if you are rating thIs place against contemporary hotels such as Ramada and Holiday Inn, it fails.
However if you judge it for what it is, a 50 year old hotel built as a 'shore destination' it works great. It is dated, the rooms are a little overpriced, but it's clean, it's safe, and it's, less than 2 blocks from the Wildwood Beach and pier. Yes, it has some weird pull out couch/bed things in the front room.
But the kids didn't mind sleeping on them, and the location made up for the little issues. The staff it's also pretty darn awesome.

Old style motel. Stayed 4 nights with my wife and eight-year old granddaughter. The room was small, the TV set old-fashioned and the wi-fi only worked half the time, but I was not expecting business class or luxury. It was about location and the location was perfect. I found the owner very accommodating and polite and he made us feel like guests. rather than customers. I don't understand the intensity of bad impressions by other reviewers. This is not a luxury resort - it is Wildwood! Close to beach, boardwalk, rides and restaurants it worked for us. Nice, well-maintained pool too

My daughter just called me. She just found BEDBUGS! Management has offered them nothing more than to change their room. They are now on their way to get big black bags and off to the laundry mat... As for the rest of their suitcases and stuff, they will double bag them and bring them home. Not sure how wer're going to deal with this yet. Their Memorial Day weekend was costly and ruined! UNLESS YOU WANT BEDBUGS I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE!

Clean bathroom but that's it, "DNA" stains on the couch, toe nails clippings on the floor, hollow doors offer no security, screen door pointless allows flys in, swimming pool is the same green shade as Irish Weekend, 1990 Sharp TV's in the room, ceiling remind me of inside of cargo containers and white walls now have a ivory tinge. I must note this surpasses all they have a bottle opener next to the fridge and this is the best option of all, but besides that stay away!!!
