Could not be happier with the service I received! I have a Lenovo laptop that I dropped and broke one of the hinges. Sina picked up my laptop from my house on Monday, was able to locate a like laptop due to be recycled, and replaced the hinge on my laptop. My laptop repaired laptop was returned to my house within 2 days. Incredible service, cost minded. They will have all my business moving forward!

Was having an issue with RAM on my 2012 MacBook Pro…Apple wanted $500 just for the RAM…Sina quoted me for my RAM issue and an upgraded solid state hard drive for less than what Apple wanted for just the RAM…super fast service too, would definitely recommend. Thanks again Sina at I Need a Techie!

I had two laptops which I had to get fixed, where one of my laptop's had a lot of viruses and the touch screen wasn't even working, and my other laptop was not turning because of a juice spill. I found "I need a Techie" on google and immediately called. Sina was a very helpful person, he provided me prices on phone and understood the problem really quickly. The best part was that Sina came home to pick and drop off the laptops, and I got a loaner laptop while he was fixing it, which was awesome! I located "I Need A Techie". Called and spoke with Sina about my Dell AIO difficulties. My Computer was pickup the following day for diagnostic procedures, found all of Dell AIO components diagnostics findings, it was unrepairable.

Sina fixed my Dell laptop battery issue, he is very professional and answered all my questions. He gave me a quote to fix the battery problem, picked up my laptop, fixed and delivered it on time. I had a Dell laptop that needed a hard drive / Windows reinstall. I sent out a quick request to several computer repair services on yelp for a quick quote and I Need a Techie responded within 5 minutes. Sina was able to provide a quick quote after I quickly described the problem and he seemed like he knew what the issue was as opposed to some of the other servicers who said they wouldn’t be able to give me a quote unless I brought my laptop in.
