Excellent support !!! My laptop was very old and system became slow & fan was not working. They did understood the issue and did the thermal clean up of system and changed the fan to make it work. Gabe and his team did a great job recovering the data from my crashed mac hard drive. I had several follow up issues that they also handled without charging me.
