Couldn't give less then 1 star! The staff is rude, incompetent, and lazy. Drivers are liers, and they don't record their camera feed. It's just for the drivers to verify which they lie about. I've installed cameras to now catch them not picking up my garbage and will file a law suit next time they screw up!

My garbage can keep’s getting emptied halfway way on Monday’s. When I called on Tuesday and Jill answered, I explained to her my situation and she just kept talking over me not letting me talk and kept interrupting me. I asked to talk to her manager and she said I have to put in a request, then she hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

I am surprised by the low reviews but then again who bothers to rate a trash service if it is working. I've used this group for years and my trash is always picked up on time except for holidays or maybe really bad weather. I just called now to put my service on vacation hold and a nice female picked up right away (no voice automated system), was nice to me, and took care of the issue quickly. I did this last year as well and it went very smoothly with no issues on payment. I can only think of one time that they picked up everyone else's trash but did not pick up mine. I called and within 2 hours

The absolute worse people to talk to. Talk about rude and stuck up. The office manager. If you want to call her that. Refused to give me her superiors name and number. I own a business and if my employee took it upon herself to shield me of what's going on. Well look at the reviews!!!!! If you own or know who does. I'd suggest taking control of your business.

For 14 years previous trash company picked up trash in front of our home (private street with truck turn around built in) and since they were bought out by Evergreen disposal is now refusing to come down our street after they did for a year and a half. Evergreen is now having 10 residents on our street roll our trash cans down the street to be picked up. This is causing hardship for multiple older couples on the street including me, having had brain surgery recently. I find it discriminatory and unacceptable that such a lack of understanding be aloud by a service providing company that has a monopoly

This is a complete monopoly. We were charged an "over capacity" fee because they were three days past our regular pick up day, due to the snow storm. When asked if they could waive the fee I was told, "It's not our fault it snowed. You shouldn't have gone over capacity." Horrible customer service. Horrible company.

Our regularly scheduled garbage pickup did not fully empty our can. Called to see about having our can emptied properly and was told to store the additional garbage for another week until my next scheduled pickup. After some back and forth, was offered an option to have the can emptied this week, but was required to pre-pay an additional service fee to have the can fully emptied.

The manager Tiffany is completely rude and unprofessional .. last week they did not pick up my trash stating it was not out at the curb.. we keep our trash cans at the curb 24/7. They said I could put an extra bag out next to my can and they would pick it up free of charge since they skip me . Today they picked up my trash and put the bag that was next to my can inside my can. I called to address this matter and the manager Tiffany was so rude and degrading.
