During the pandemic, I decided to get my skin analyzed by Dr. Levin for rosacea. I have always had this minor pink blemish in patches throughout my life, but wasn't quite sure what to do about it. I contacted Dr. Levin's office to make an appointment virtually (since there was no in person visits at the time, plus I live in Orange County, CA). It was impressive that the staff and Dr. Levin had adapted to this online service so quickly since I had made the appointment for May 2020 (two months after the shutdown for us in OC). I've always been fairly low maintenance with my skincare & cosmetic routine, but as I get older I've been trying to take better care of myself. I first went into Entiere for an annual skin exam, but have found myself going more and more through the years. Dr. Levin and Entiere Dermatology are truly committed to excellence. I visited in person once and followed up via telemedicine during this past year. I had the pleasure of visiting this office when I was in town from California. I was interested in masseter botox because I suffer from SEVERE TMJ. I was referred by a friend to visit Dr. Melissa Levin's office and was blown away about how clean and organized the office was. The staff greeted me and made sure I was comfortable before I walked in for my appointment. I was seen by Dr. Levin herself and before she administered my Botox she took ample time to educate me about what Botox does and it's effects. This review has been long overdue. I went to two appointments. One for medical and the other cosmetic. Should have learned my lesson the first time around. Both times I went, the elevator was out of order, and had to use the stairs (mind you, it's on the 9th fl.) The front desk staff, and Medical Assistant were very kind and apologetic about it though, but that's where the positive experience ended. Now for Dr. Levin... As someone with a family history of melanoma, 20+ years of acne struggles, and fair skin, finding a great dermatologist is of the utmost importance to me. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Levin and the entire staff at Entiere. Dr. Levin is, first and foremost, masterful with tox appointments. During my first appointment for Xeomin, we discussed what lines I liked and didn't, how much we were going to soften the ones that needed addressing, and she advised me on what we could do to make sure the work looked as natural as possible by balancing upward and downward movement.
