Horrible car wash service. When I went the fist time, I requested the basic service for $12.99 and vacuum inside, I wasn't expecting much due to the price I paid, but honestly it was a lot worse. Not only they didn't remove my matts to vacuum they left footprints all over them. They didn't wipe the inside and didn't vacuum properly. I had to ask them if they had actually cleaned the inside.
I went a second time paid $35 ($39.99 plus tax and $5 tip) for the executive package. Worst decision ever, again they didn't remove my matts to vacuum, they didn't wipe the inside properly, all they did was

I had not been here in years. When I used to lease automobiles, instead of purchase, Genie had a contract with leasing company for free car washes, etc. I washed my car every week. It has changed. Doesn't look like same place. Equipment in the wash tunnel needs updated or replaced. Had to get the beach off of and out of my current auto and didn't want to go a long way. Well, my auto is clean and looks 1000 percent better, but I fear it can't compete with other car washes I have been to.

Unnecessarily rude, aggressive, and argumentative! Upon arrival, I was told the Groupon I purchased (paid $146) only covers "regular" cars, and I would have to pay extra on top of what I already paid to detail my mid-size SUV. As soon as I said "nope, not gonna do that," staff member got in my face (maskless) and started arguing with me, telling me it's obvious the value of the Groupon was $259.98, I should have done "a little research", and he can't charge the same amount for a "school bus" as he does a smaller car. He kept pushing and arguing

I am not happy with their service. They used to do a great job cleaning my car, I have a yearly membership. But, I am disappointed and can't wait to not renew my yearly pass. They never clean my floors and barely clean inside. Plus, they always take forever giving me back the keys.. they can never find it.

Do you have a bunch of time to waste? Is your time worth nothing? Do you love sitting outside on a hot August afternoon for an hour or so? If so I can highly recommend Genie Car Wash. However, if your time is valuable let me give you some valuable advice. Go somewhere else! Don't do what I did and fall for their Car Wash Pass. I'm stuck going here now and the last two times it has taken over an hour. Today they weren't even that busy when I pulled up. Seriously the Pandemic is enough stress. Don't add more!

Awful. Simple as that! Employees were rude and unprofessional to start. The paint of my car now has scratching and swirl marks from the buffer. It looks so bad, you'd think someone tried to ruin the paint. The seats have scratches from what I figure was someone seating on them with tools in their back pockets( I made this mistake as a teen cleaning my parents car, sending my dad thru the roof!) I went back a few days later to have a manager talk to me as though I'm not a man in his 50's who didn't know exactly what he was looking at. Now my car literally looks worst then before

I asked for an exterior wash and inside vacuum- should have been around $18. Instead, I was billed for an “executive” wash which is the most expensive of the three regular car wash options- $38. I’m sure the guy submitting the ticket gets a commission, so watch out- they will try to sell you way more than you ask for. When I complained to the young woman at the register she did take $5 off my total, but I will not use this car wash again.

BUYER BEWARE! No wonder they are going out of business. They upcharged $95 for a minivan and left several untreated areas and dirt they didn’t bother removing. Additionally they made me wait 8 hours for this horrible work despite me being the first appointment of the day. Too many complaints. I should have taken advice from friends about these morons. Their car wash is incredibly outdated and a running joke “since 1968”. Go elsewhere. They are a dying franchise and it shows! Good riddance!

This was the worst car wash ever. If it had only been $12.99 I Wouldn't be so mad. But I added the executive wash to the package and for $35 expect that all parts of my wheels would be clean, the bugs would have been removed from my front of my car, my windshield would be clean, and that they would vacuum underneath the floor mats, etc. Parts of my car look good but the rest is not acceptable. There must not be any supervision. I'm very disappointed.

Because I was in a bind I tried this place again on the weekend. DO NOT GO HERE. Again, rude meathead who can't even be bothered to wear a proper mask is pushing their wash pass. There are probably decent people working the wash, but their efforts are overshadowed by the fact that the person who checks you in is rude a.f. There are dozens of washes in the area where they don't do this.

-pushy salesperson with non-transparent pricing.
-would not provide pricing menu of options despite asking several times. I have no idea what I bought - but it was exhausting so I just caved and paid way too much.
-It took and hour and a half to get my car when I did not have any custom or detail work. They did not manage my expectations that it would take that long - and were rude when I asked what the status was.

I'll be honest, I've used Genie Car Wash before and had an incredible experience. Today's experience was less than thrilling, and I won't be back. Be warned.
I dropped my car off at 2PM for an interior detail. The attendant welcoming customers haggled me on pricing and really tried to upsell me to packages I had no interest in. Fine, that's his job but not flattering. I told him I wouldn't be waiting, rather venturing to the area around, he said okay and took my phone number.
By 4:15 I hadn't heard from them so I called and asked if it was finished. The lady

I'm giving this review 3 stars because my car looked great and I appreciate that businesses are doing their best during this difficult time. The employees that cleaned my car - 5 stars.
That being said, the person that took my keys/asked what car wash I wanted would have received negative stars from me if I could give them. I understand businesses are doing everything they can to survive right now and maybe the sales push was more aggressive because of that, but honestly, I've received this treatment pre-Covid from them.

Just letting cars sit in line while employees don't do a thing. There are 4/5 employees to move, dry, and/or clean cars and only one of them is barley working. This place and their employees don't give a crap about your time. All they do is take their sweet time. Worst car wash. I won't be coming here again.

There is a reason this place has terrible reviews...
I honestly feel ripped off for having purchased a 1 year package. And, I am not that picky. However, I could do a better job in my driveway for the same amount of time I spent waiting on a subpar VIP wash done by this place. So very disappointing.
They need a supervisor at the front end to take up slack and put the on the finishing touches.
