Kirk's Car Wash

I don't think my car has been this clean since I bought it! Poor Logan, I hadn't washed or vacuumed my 4Runner in about a year. I take my car on tons of adventures so it was pretty filthy both inside and out - mud, sand, dog hair. He made it look brand new. He showed up early and worked for HOURS to make it shine again. I can't comment on the quality of service, I am commenting on reliability. We booked Kirk on a Tuesday for an appointment on a Friday, sent him our address.

30 minutes before our scheduled appointment - he cancels, saying we are outside his service area. He had our address for 5 days and couldn't check? He confirmed our appointment before checking if he could even service us? We found him on yelp because he services our area...

Further, he didn't reply to text messages or phone calls with an explanation.

Logan did an amazing job with my car! Due to COVID and working from home, I have been very neglectful towards my car and I haven't washed it in months. So it definitely needed more TLC than just taking it to a normal car wash and waiting around/risking it due to the circumstances.

Found Kirk's Car Wash (no relation to me LOL) and they had a competitive bid and the reviews mentioned attention to detail, which is important to me on my cars. I had Logan do 2 cars, including my vintage 1978 Thunderbird and a 2015 650 Convertible. The attention to detail was *impressive* -- up to my own standards ;), really well done. Also, both Logan and his helper were the consummate professionals, the price was good, the work was exemplary. Nicely done Mr. Kirk! THOR (my Thunderbird) has never looked so good! Will use again.

I contacted KIRKS car was the other day for a quote. My request was quickly responded to and seemed pretty reasonable (haven't had an interior detail in a while).
They were able to fit me in quickly. When Logan arrived at my house, he sent me a text message ... I went out to meet him and he promptly got started. Logan worked on my car for close to two hours & texted me upon completion.

Logan did an awesome job! The package I got included an exterior wash, clay treatment, wax coating, and wheels and tires cleaned. Scheduling the appointment was very easy (I just messaged Kirk's Car Wash on Yelp), and he was able to come the next day. Also, Logan comes to you for the car detail/wash and has all the things he needs to clean the car (you don't need access to your own hose/water). My car looks brand new, and the pictures don't do it justice! The price was way lower than anyone else I've ever heard of too!

From the moment that I reached out to Logan, he was professional, responsible and answered all of my questions without trying to sell me on his business.
