I have brought 2 vehicles to Washaroo so far. The first my father-in-law’s truck — he said it looked immaculate after I returned it to him. Then my mother’s car, which was stolen and then returned to her by the police. Needless to say it was completely trashed by the thief. $200 and an hour later, I left Washaroo and returned it to my parents. My mother and father both commented that the car looked brand new — and it did, the Washaroo crew really did an amazing job. Keep up the good work, y’all. Highly recommended.

I will never ever go back to this car wash again.
I only went because I had a $10 off coupon and it was not worth it it took one hour in total for me to get my car washed her basic garage for a basic wash. Each car had a different process of it getting cleaned and staff is very in efficient and downright cool logo but they don't know how to run a simple business

I paid for the premium and had to come back to have my car cleaned as little as possible. When stopped for the first time, I asked if they clean the trunk and the guy said “yes”. They even moved my stuff to the other side, the car was still duty. I paid for a car wax and the car never had it!
I did a much better vacuuming using a 36 bucks hand held vacuum from Walmart! This place is a joke!
Worst service ever! Don’t waste your money and time!!!!

Editing my initial rating and review (which I am leaving below). The owner reached out to me and offered to re-perform the service and to make it right. I came back and the staff was very friendly again. The team also did a great job detailing my truck. They left no nook uncleaned and my truck looks brand new. Thanks!
I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the quick service. However the quality of the car wash and interior cleaning was terrible. The few photos I took below were immediately after the "cleaning". There was still dirt and gunk on my floor mats and in my cup holders

First of all the website says it's $130 for a full detail. I made an appointment and when I got there I was told it's based on type of car and mine will actually cost $180. I drive a basic four door sedan. What's $130, a Smartcar? Scooter? I should have questioned it but I foolishly accepted, I just needed my car cleaned. It is definitely false advertising if not a full on scam.
Then, the car in front of me had a dead battery after they finished cleaning it. They had to find another car to jump it. Maybe it was a bad battery already, though? But when my car

Stopped in yesterday for the first time and was happy all around! The guys did a great job, more than worth it for a $20 basic wash, and I found everyone to be friendly. The cashier inside is so nice! There's free beer while you wait, although it was a bit early for that for me. I was in and out in 15 minutes and super happy with the result. Will most certainly be going back soon and am glad this place is nearby.

First time customer who made an appointment ahead of time for a full detail. Got there and was told it would take 2-3 hours because they're very busy and that I could go to a different location to get in and out in an hour for the same price. What's the point of making the reservation then?! And drove all the way to the other location and was told 2 hours and it was $50 more expensive. WOW what a terrible experience

I got a scratched windshield after a car wash. I had to wait for 2 hours to get a super car wash. I replaced the windshield just 2 weeks ago. I think both Washaroo car wash and glass replacement company are going to play the “no liability” game, screwing customers by not taking responsibility.
Update: Response from owner that his staff would have never caused it and asked me for proof if this scratch didn’t exist before taking it to the car wash. According to him, a big rock might have caused the scratches and he doesn’t believe his staff would have any rocks near by during the cleaning

Just happened to come here after getting a crappy car wash at another place. As soon as I pulled up, Eric was happy to help and told me about a deal they have going on. My car isn't even done yet, but I'm writing this from the waiting area and can already tell the team will do a great job. These people are kind, effective, and hungry for work. Not to mention the receptionist is the sweetest! I paid for 6 months of cleanings and am already looking forward to coming back.

I'm usually not one to complain, especially for a job done on a seriously hot Texas day and done fast. I was impressed with this place at first and trusted them with my car. You pay first before any service, which I like as well because there's no unnecessary or unwanted up-charging involved and the prices are plainly laid out during booking and at the car wash. I left my car with them and was told to come back in about an hour and a half, and that's how long it took, even with a full lot of cars to be washed and detailed. All told it was almost 5 hours and as said earlier

Absolutely incredible work! They are fast and thorough Every. Single. Time. If you have a problem with these guys, it’s on you, because they do incredible work for their customers and I’ve only ever seen them act with the utmost professionalism and kindness when I’m there — and with 2 hound dogs (and the rain we’ve had this year), I’m there a lot. My car has never looked so sexy!

My girlfriend and I needed a place to get our cars washed without getting a full detail. We stopped by washaroo and the people were great. The price was surprisingly fair for the level of service. My jeep looks new, it was fast and the people were friendly. Washaroo exceeded my expectations and I'll be back soon.

If i could put negative stars i would i went for a 200$ detail which wasnt even that good i still got left with some stains on my seat but worse is that after driving off 3 minutes later i pulled over the road and saw that my whole bumper had came off my car i called for a refund but the damage is way more then i got returned dont come here overpriced and not careful

1. Website and posted prices at location said it would cost $30 and take 5 mins. The attendant said it was actually $35 for my car. Ok not going to have a fit over $5.
2. It took them 30 mins
3. Car was returned with still some dirty spots both outside and inside. Very subpar job. Please see pics attached.
4. No one was wearing a mask🤔

Ok, now to the bad. Several different times, I have been charged different amounts for my standard SUV. Very inconsistent and it leaves a feeling that they are trying to nickel and dime you for more if you don't push back. This last time, again I was charged the highest amount for the "large SUV". I went inside to inquire what constitutes the price for large SUV vs Standard (thinking maybe large is for trucks and SUVs with a 3rd row). The woman at the front desk didn't have a clear answer and

I made an appointment online for the $30 package, and when I pulled up I was told that it would actually be $40 because my car is a 3 row. Sure, nbd, that's fine. But then I was told that I needed (not asked if I wanted--big thing here) my headlights cleaned, which would be an additional $50. As I came here prepared to spend $30, I declined.
When I pulled up to the second guy (who was very nice btw), I was told that I again "needed" a new windshield

Really frightening experience with an unhinged worker here. Talked to mgmt about it and mgmt made excuses for this guys bizarre and scary behavior. I will NEVER come back and will make sure none of my friends do. I swear I thought this guy was going to damage my car or something. Never been in such an unsafe situation and paid $149.00 to have my car detailed. Stay away from this place. It all started because they guy working here told me it would be an additional $50.00 to do interior of my car, but the package I purchased included doing the interior, he said it would still be an additional $50

This was my first time getting my car washed at Washaroo. First off, I'll start by saying they are overpriced. I originally wanted a starter wash for $20. Exterior wash and interior vacuum. The guy told me I'd have to upgrade to the $30 wash if I wanted them to wipe down my dash ... so I did. After they gave me my keys back, my dash hadn't even been touched. I went back in the lobby to tell the lady and she said to me "go outside and tell one of the guys" (she was LESS than helpful). When I told the guy outside, he came and wiped down my dash with a rag and said jokingly

After a week Long Beach vacation, my car was in rough shape! The staff was very friendly and nice. They were honest about the cost of the cleaning and upfront about the expectation. But oh my goodness they knocked it out of the ball park. In one hour, my car was looking brand new. Not a spec or sand or dog hair! Will definitely be coming back!
